Address: near BJP office bapuji nagar 2nd ward APPAJI NILAYA

I Booked ticket on 12/08/23 from jayanagar to konanakunte cross actually I cancelled it but till today I didn't get the refund amount but the bmrcl helpline is saying that I already got refund amount but it's not credited to my account so please solve my problem

    On August 15, 2023 - we were travelling from Doddakallasandra to Lalbagh in the afternoon. We were a family of 5, +1 (My 7 month old Baby). As I was coming down the escalator holding my Baby, we noticed that the gates towards the exit were shut and due to the huge crowd, people were not able to go anywhere and started coming back up again on the escalator which was moving in the downward direction. Because of this huge rush, some people fell on top of my baby and me. I couldn't move anywhere and couldn't even go back up to protect my baby. My baby was crying because of the heavy weight on him, and how much ever I screamed, no one was able to do anything. Then finally they stopped the escalator, and some wardens came and took the baby from me. I immediately got up, snatched my baby and proceeded to take him up and feed him. We had to check him for wounds. By Gods grace nothing happened, but if something did happen to my baby, who would take responsibility? Why were the gates shut in the first place? Eventually we had to return home. I had bruised my feet and my MIL had bruised her shoulder, got neck and back pain.

      Recharged in online but not credited to card

      Hiii!!

      I recharged my card through paytm but money is not added to the card. it has been 3 to 5 days. but not yet added.

        Address: Baiyapanahalli metro station

        The security staff at the baiyapanahalli metro checking the women passengers was extremely rude and inconsiderate with the long lines and the wait of passengers and was very disrespectful to people by shouting at them.
        Please do the needful and take the necessary actions as this is not the first time this has happened.
        During all peak hours it’s the same person and the same issues and it’s only getting worse by the day.

          On 28/July/2023 I book my QR ticket to travell and the amount deducted from my a/c but there was no ticket generated and it says the ticket booking has faild and if the money is deducted it will be refunded within a working days 7, but yet I have recived no payments or refund back.

          I have booked the ticket from vijayanagar to Sir.M. Vishveshwarayya Metro station for two times on the same date, both the tickets didn't generated and not recived the refund yet

          Totally I have 19rupees + 19rupees = 38rupees should be refunded back by BMRCL.

          PLEASE DO REFUND BACK MY MONEY.
          OR ELSE ILL BE TAKING NEXT STEP OF COMPLAINT.

            Staff was not there in Ticket counter byapanalli for upi counter we waited for 15 to 20 min and other counter was full .when we checked in customer care they mentioned they went to washroom however u should have a alternate solution it's not u make people to wait being 1st station there were many people waiting and also see they ask us for money instead o[censored]pi then y do u keep upi

              Being a fashion designing student, I need to carry fabric cutting scissors for stitching. I travel all the way from whitefield to MG road metro. Initially the Metro security didn’t allow us to carry these scissors because they were huge ones. That is understandable but when I started carrying 20cm paper cutting scissors which is much smaller than the fabric cutting scissors they didn’t let me carry it again. Even after showing my college certificate they didn’t allow me. This is not acceptable. Most of the fashion designing students travelling by metro face this issue. Please look into this concern.

                Sir, its regarding
                challagatta depo work .Every day nearly 200 bmrcl truck transporting soil for your depo work.
                In the same road we have one garment factry.Nearly 250 female workers are working and all the emplayees are walking on anchepalya service road. Its is situated next to sdm medical colleage.Here all your trucks are moving.Because of heavy rains road is totaly spoiled and road is full watery with mud. Many female emplayees are fallen on this road and they are not able to come for work.Every time your people will put mud without any gravel or small stones. So i request you to fill this with jeely with sand.So that it will be usefull for your trucks also.It is just 600 sq feet only.
                Please help us by repair work.

                    As I am Abhilash resident of Bangalore. Travelling back to home from my work on my bike. While driving the vehicle Bannerghatta main road metro work excatly Near BG road Bilekalli Kfc Opposite a welding fire pops fell on me while driving and there was no any safety measures no barikets. Thank God I was wearing helmet and jacket, if I had not wore I would have harmed severely with fire. Still got harmed on my right hand by welding pop, My jacked, shirt and my vehicle front seat is burnt my the welding fire fell on.
                    I had lost my material to this. Please do consider this and take sevear action and do the needful by compensation for my losses. And contacted there no response and negligence.

                      On 16th of june i had to top up my card for ₹350 where the money has been debited from my account and not shown in my card.
                      Please top up the payment to my card or credit it back.

                        The security in baiyapanahalli metro station didn't let me take live aquarium fish packet which was double sealed in the train. I asked to speak to the manager and they were useless. They were instead playing with the fish. Please look into the matter as I don't see any reason I wasn't let to travel.

                          Many people have started talking at high decibels within the cars. They are highly insensitive and think it's fashionable to do so. Nobody is interested nor happy to hear these sorts of loud conversations. Can we bring a system to monitor and ensure that such set of people who are wild and disobedient are brought to the books of discipline. It looks like we are missing the basics of co-living.

                            We have unruly crowd of people waiting to barge into the train and not allowing people to exit. Elderly and weak people cannot resist this mode of exiting. We cannot have security people manning every car, but for somedays especially on weekends if marshal's and camera's are deployed, it will streamline to take action against the disorderly behavior of passengers.

                              People these days are insensitive to the DB (decibel) levels of conversations in most of the lines. They actually bring huge inconvenience to co-passengers and especially elders and sick people. We need a way to monitor and control these rude and indecent style of travelling. I have many times told the security near stations about this, but I know they can't do much about it. For some days repeated announcement and some sort of marshals to control this behavior might help to reduce the noise within various cars of the metro. It should always be a pleasant journey in the midst of heavy rush. Hope you would look at it !

                                We have seen that the rain water from the overhead tracks are brought down to streets through the pipe and allowed to freely flow on the road. Shouldn't there be a system of rain water harvesting done ? rather than adding to the chaos of water clogging during rainy season !

                                  No parking provided at Whitefield metro station

                                  There comes no metro parking at whitefield metro station ( although its a destination station) in bengaluru and hence its difficult to use metro effectively although its opened. How come even metro got inaugurated and running without parking !! Please provide parking asap ....

                                  Hello BMRLC team,

                                  we are seeing that Kengeri Metro Station parking closes by 11:45 PM and consumers can't take their parked vehicle coming from last metro. What is the point of parking in metro parking station when parking maintaince team can't wait for the last metro. This is causing the pubilc more inconvience and because of this people has to shell out more money by taking a cab or Auto to reach home. Can you please look into the matter and fix this issue asap.
