My Son was studying Byju's for last five years. He completed his CBSE 10 Board exams past 3 weeks. His course is K 6-12.He doesn't have 11&12 CBSE SD CARD. I have purchased Byju's subscription by paid Rs 54000, but I want to disconnect their services within 15 days. As per policy they have to refund me full amount. I had subscribed to Byju's Online Tuitions for my son on 01st August 2023 and the agreed fees for Class IX and X was Rs. 60000 which was converted into 18 EMI on my ICICI Amazon Card. Of these, 07 EMI have been paid.

However, I have found the quality of tuitions very deficient and have written to them as well as called them multiple times for cancellation of the services.

There is no response from Byju's and...

I took subcription of IAS on 13 januray and paid registration money of Rs 10, 000 and my actual online batch started from 1 feb. I dont like the classes and mailed them on 4 february to cancel my subcription but still i ma mailing them. I Ashutosh Dwivedi had bought a UPSC IAS course through byjus but in 12 days i got that the course was not what i was looking for my optional so i cancelled it and got the refcund and requested for my loan cancellation also but still it is pending with them for 8 months and no one is replying to me on that, because of which my CIBIL score has depreciated 130 points.
