Month of Oct 12th booked demo class for my son and the class was scheduled on 16th afternoon but till 16th evening they have not update anything. When I called them they told me class was rescheduled and 4 time they reschedule the class and they have not informed me and for each time I have to call them to ask why class rescheduled. Cancellation not done within 15 days period of registration.

I have bought the byjus online course for my daughter. It is done after byjus representative came to my home on July 2022. I paid Rs 5000/- for registration fee of bujis course. The byjus representative promised me that the course can be easily cancelled if applied within 15 days after receiving the materials from byjus. Not refunding course sold based on false promises

I took byju's vision gate 2024 on the promise that it would better my college performance and its doubt clearing session.The agent got my number from a workshop of theirs, and convinced me to take it as me says its the only way to guarantee in a psu, or to get into IIT m.tech programs. Cancelation and refund

I had purchased IAS course from BYJU'S. But I didn't liked the course so I requested for the cancelation and refund within 15 days as per their refund policy.

I've tried calling and emailing them many times. But they're just fooling around and not canceling my order. It's been more than half a month since I applied for the refund.

Now they're forcing me to pay the EMI of fees.
They're calling my parents...

Unnecessary calls

I get unnecessary and unwarranted calls from BYJU's. They call continuously without thinking about the time or the other person. This has reached to a level of harassment. Make it Stop....

Misleading information given by byju's counsellor

Mr. Imran Ansari from byju's new cg road byju's branch came to our home for counseling of my daughter for 4th class admission. He somehow convinced us to get admission after showing scholarship that if we will enrolled today then we get scholarship and did admission for 4th class at INR 1.13lacs for 2.5years. he proceeded for loan and made EMI schedule for us. Byju's 3 year Byju's JEE programme (10th, 11th, 12th classes)

For so many months now I have been requesting Byju's to refund the payment for the 3 year JEE programme that we very foolishly enrolled my son in.

Cancellation of order and refund of money

Not receive refund after cancelation request
