Not providing refund or reissuing open ticket

I booked my flight ticket as of 29th February 2020 via the cleartrip website for a total payment of IN 62, 126.64/- Trip ID:[protected]. the flight was supposed to depart on and as of August 5th 2020, Kochi to New Delhi (Flight-Vistara UK 886), August 6th 2020, New Delhi to London, UK (Flight – British Airways BA 142), August 6th 2020, London, the U.K. to Calgary, Canada (Flight-American Airlines AA 6225). the airlines cancelled the trip...

Payment done but booking is not done

I booked a flight ticket from vizag to Mumbai on 10th March. But I haven't received my ticket, though amount is debited from my account. I talked with bank, they said that payment is with merchant, and cleartrip is saying that we haven't received the money. Please look into the ASAP, I'm in financial crises....

Cleartrip Refund not provided for cancelled tickets

Due to Covid, We canceled our ticket from Indigo airlne with trip Id[[protected]] after discussing with clear trip that Indigo is ready to refund their cancellation amount with Indigo voucher. Customer executive from Clear trip told that they will refund the whole amount they get from airline. Indigo airline has provided the Indigo vouchers for all their canceled amount.(Rs 9000)

And Inidigo has also refunded the remaining...

Feb2020 booked Dubai-Manila round-trip for 5 passengers amounted AED 9, 424.11 for Dec 2020 flights . When Pandemic started, flights canceled requested for "OPEN TICKETS" status. Sept 2021 decided to rebook the tickets, cleartrip agent said not eligible for rebook so filed for refunds, waited 6 months only to received an email from Cleartrip refund amount is AED 0....

Refund on cancelled ticket delayed

Cleartrip executive cancelled our ticket confirming 100% refund, also sent an email confirmation. But it's 4 months to this and we are still awaiting refund, no reply to emails and calls are dodged always....

Money sent - Cleartrip denies

I tried booking from Cleartrip on February 22 for flights. During the transaction, the process got hung, and cleartrip emailed that they didn't receive the money. However, after reviewing my bank statement, I can see that money has been sent to the account.

When I am trying to file a complaint to them, an automatic service stops me. However, I have all details indicating that money has been deposited to the cleartrip's account....

Refund Not received even after One Year - Trip ID - 200223922464

During the initial COVID-19 impact Flight was Cancelled by M/S Spice Jet and they sent me the confirmation that they will refund my entire booking amount. I have also got confirmation e-mail from Clear Trip saying that they will refund the amount.

Amount not refunded yet for translation unsuccessful

I have booked the tickets on 18th feb, the amount was debited from my bank but the clearteip message said transaction unsuccessful and the amount will be credited in my account within 3-12 days . I have already registered complaint on 22 Feb with all the details.

I have booked a ticket through clear trip during pandamic year and half ago since then many times contact them, but no response at all, flight was canceled because of airline, booking ticket price was 1850, air India cut some amount also clear trip deducted some amount final amount is 750 ready to pay for me, month ago I got Mail refund processed, until now not credited to my account, its been ayear and half....

Not Issuing The Refund

I have been CONTACTing them for the last 72 hours for my full refund. I wanted the full refund because the Airlines have re-scheduled my flights without my notice and I am not HAPPY TO travel with the changed Itinerary. Literally cheating customers with convince charges

Clear trip isn't refunding the full amount when an airline initiated full refund. They are deducting convenience fees as well as cleartrip charges from the refunded amount. This is cheating....

Amount not refunded of transaction unsuccessful

I tried to book flight tickets through cleartrip twice on 11/02/2022. The transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my bank account both time. It been four days and the amount is still not credited back into my bank account. I tried to contact them on customer care but no contact number or toll free number is provided on the website....

Cleartrip issued wrong Air India Open ticket (worth of 1+ lakh)

Flight Refund not received yet.
