Voucher is not working

I had clear trip voucher of 3000/- . While booking hotel it is showing " try CT HOTEL and book now ". i had redeemed voucher from ICICI credit card reward points on yesterday. Please cancel my voucher and credit back same reward points....

Tickets weren't booked but money was deducted

Hi Cleartrip. I made a booking from Bangalore to bidar on 4th August for my family of 5, I was charged the amount of 18718, which was deducted but never got a refund. I am unable to connect to the customer due to unknown reasons. I mean, how long does somebody have to wait for their own money, how do I even contact the customer care? Do u guys have any system working?? Or is it just a con? Kindly update the status at the earliest.

Refund Not Processed from the last 3 months. Trip ID 210328549080

My refund was not processed from the last 3 months. I have called customer care so many times and sent mails.But still my refund was not processed. Every time they are telling process my refund 48 to 72 hrs. I have called customer care more than 100 times and sent mail more than 100 time....

Cleartrip has not refunded for the cancelled flight ticket

I booked a flight ticket for chennai to mumbai on 11 th july 2021 on cleartrip through ICICI credit card app and i cancelled the ticket through indigo airline as i could not identify the trip id in my ticket and my confirmation mail, I checked with indigo airlines they said that they have refunded for the cancelled ticket to the travel partner, for the past 25 days cleartrip are keeping the money and not returned back.

Refund request against cancellation of flight

Refund AED 447 paid in Indian Rs. 447 by Razorpay

Trip ID[protected] refund processed for AED 447 confirmed by Cleartrip. However Razorpay credited Rs. 447. AED 1 = Rs. 20, I suppose to receive Rs. 8940 but received only Rs. 447. Balance Rs. 8493 should be paid immediately. Mail to Cleartrip and attempt call is failing.

Payment for flight cancellation not received

Cleartrip has cancelled my flight saying that full refund amount will be processed which is close to 20k, when i call the customer care, they are saying "sir, we are working on it", its been almost 2 months, no response from them on refund....

Refund or rebooking option

I have booked my Ticket from Riyadh to Chennai Return journey by clear trip.on November 2019. this pandemic period the flight was cancelled by airline and I have given the refund request to clear trip on 26 January 2021... Still now I didn't get the single paise for my refund... In cleartrip website its shows refunded...
Now clear trip is stating already 18 month passed from your booking date, so cannot refund...
How it's possible......
