There has been a series of complaints I should launch against goibibo.com.The recent one was when they are sharing wrong offers which do not exist.There was an offer which failed to act on transaction.
There was a commitment of 10% discount on use of Icici bank cards which amounted to 250 rs.I received a bill on the ticket with the discounted amount of Rs.4508 where in i was charged Rs 4758 from Icici account on speaking to them on the 1st customer care executive told me that its an error from the banks end but when I spoke to the team lead she agreed to have an error from their end.She committed the reversal of the amount of 250 in a days time.Where in after 15 days it still was not credited to the account.After this I gave them a call again when I have been said that they cannot reverse the amount but instead offered me a discount of the same amount on my next flight but above Rs, 8000.I dont think it to be of any use as its never been that I have booked domestic flights for rs.8000.
Wherein this is not the first instance but previously way back in march when i booked a ticket with an offer which on calling the customer care the guy said it was for the 1st 100 bookings but this was nowhere mentioned in the offer page or the bookings page.
This was the last booking of mine and would surely warn all you guys who dont believe me check the offer curretly on their site "Get a free reebok watch"

    This is to bring to your notice that, One of the subscriber of social networking site www.ibibo.com is using my no. as his/her contact no. This process resulted to lot many prank calls and sms in my number. I am totally harrassed and disturbed mentally severely. Since morning 4AM, dt.17.11.2010, i am receiving these calls and sms in my no. How come one person can register through other's mobile no.? There should be some validation of the mobile no.before registering that user. But no. security measures taken care from Ibibo authorities and we are the only sufferer. When i tried to find out the registered user, i came across with lot many people who are suffering from last one month like me. If a social networking service is used to disturb people, then it should be immidiately stopped.

        Dear Sir,
        I Mr.Biswajit Pattanayak want to register a complain against www.ibibo.com that I have won 105 rupess by playing online rummy game in ibibo.com on 28th september 2010and transferred the balance to the my sbi bank account with all the information required by online money transfer.They have deducted the balance from my ibibo account but the money is not credited to my bank account.

        I have wasted my valuable time in playing the game because they have sent an email to me which said to play rummy game and win real cash.

        So I want my money back or else I will register a complain in consumer court and post this message in every public viewing site until they send me my money.

        IBIBO.COM is a big fraud. Donot go into their hoax. They would not provide you with what they are saying. They had started their company for only frauds and nothing else. So BEWARE of IBIBO . Their office is at Gurgaon and at that place they have appointed many security guards only for the people just like u :)...
        I urge all my online friends do not participate in any of ibibo.com contests or games as it is a site made up for only money making by cheating and faking consumer.[censored] IBIBO

        IBIBO is a fraud consumer, what is purpose of the advertisements and what about my money still I have not received pls registere the complaint against IBIBO.

          I found Go Ibibo as the worst company to deal with.I booked the tickets on 17th june which resulted in a failure.On calling then numerous times,I got the same answer that the money will be reverted back within 5 to 7 working days which never came.Its been 3 months I have been calling them and writing mails..Such companies should be bring down to ground as they have no right to stand in the market..

            Hi

            We booked two tickets in an Indian Airlines flight. Firstly the transaction did not go thru but the money got debited. When we called the travel desk helpline, they managed to get us the PNR. Then we had to cancell those tickets. Its been more than 20 days now, and yet there has been no initiative of re fund taken from their end. There is no response if I call the helpline either. I guess this can be fixed only if taken to the consumer court.

              Hi,

              I had booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to New Delhi for the date 23rd June 2010 on flight 6E182.

              The fare for the flight was INR 2994 per ticket and there was an offer going on that if I book the ticket through HDFC Credit Card an Additional Discount of INR 250 could be availed.

              I had booked the above ticket through an HDFC Credit Card which was supposed to cash backed after 3-7 days, but the amount that was creadited to HDFC account was only INR 250.

              The PNR for both the tickets is as follows:

              Request you to kindly refund an amount of INR 250 to my HDFC Account.

                I doubt if ibibo has a customer care cell, I have been trying these customer care number since last couple of days, [protected] and[protected]. Neither do they ever transfer the line to the executive, nor have they sent me the airtickets on mail. I think my tickets are not booked either. Its a messy service altogether. My credit card is also not debited yet, which means that my tkts are not booked.

                  I booked a ticket today via your website "goibibo.ibibo.com" and i filled journey date 01/07/2010. and while after booking and money transffer i get a ticket for 01/08/2010. And as this ticket was non refundable so it charge me 5000/- Rs for cancellation. This should not be the way a online system going with internal errors.

                  Go Ibibo — Mis Communication

                  I had a booking made using Goibibo. There was a change in the flight schedule and they did not communicate back. When I asked them for no communication they come back and tell me that they are not responsible for such communication. In the whole process I would have missed my connection flight...

                    Goibibo is biggest cheat company my refund is pending from 25 days have called on gurgaon office for 18 times & spoken to 9 people but all of them are cheats

                    No response , they are giving fake transaction ID of refund. They do not allow people to talk to managers

                    Its a Big cheat company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                    CEO seems to be useless who runs company like this

The transaction was declined by your bank. The transaction was declined because Transaction was blocked by the Payment Server because it did not pass all risk checks.

                    In case, the amount is not yet reflecting in your account request your bank to send us the details in writing to us on their letter head to [protected]@ibibogroup.com. This will help us in escalating the case with your bank as we once again confirm that the payment has not been received at our end.

                      I had booked a ticket through your Goibibo for Kolkata-Delhi Indigo Flight 6E204 for 10th December,2009. The booking ID was FMN041VIRLN. Later,cancellation was done (Cancellation PNR Z49QAP). But I haven't yet received the refund for cancellation.Please advise how I should proceed to sue the company.

                        GOIBIBO has been the worst costumer service i had... dont go for the word which they say cheap filght ticket thing... I had cancelled the tickets 2 months back still now i didnt receive any refund amount on that.. i called them 5 to 6 times to the customercare tey are very frustrating.. and didnt got any response .. only thing I hear frm them is it is under processing.. wat the [censored] they are processing I dont know... I want sue that company .. but not aware of the complete procedure to do it....

                        same just happened with me my flight got cancelled and the airlines has refunded the amount to ibibo but they r saying the prossessing is still underway and this has been 8 days since u have given me the refund.

                        I had a cancellation of my air ticket in September 2012 of kingfisher airline by goibibo.com. But yet I have not received my refundable amount. My PNR was EECWEP. This is a service provided by goibibo.com.

                          I had booked tickets for a round trip on 23rd & 30rd March 2010 via this site, but as the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tickets have not been booked. after repetative calls.. & emails.... they are not responding back to us. They have committed refund of amount in 8-10 working days.. but since this is the 15'th day.... we have neither received the refund nor got any clue about it from ibibo.
                          i request u to kindly look in this matter.

                          I had booked tickets for a one trip on 26th January 2011 via this site, but as the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tickets have not been booked. BOOK ID NO shown as GOFLDD8AE[protected]
                          While booking a SMS was received from:TM-GoIBIB that SORRY!!! Payment Failure pl check in my travel page or call our customer support and simultaneouly a SMS reced my bank that your a/c is debited for Rs 4979/
                          After e mail about this matter they advised me to see "my travel " and see the status. But for that log in is must with my e-mail address and passward. Due to non registered/comletion of booking transction it is not responding. while i contact their phone i have to hold it for 10 to 15 minutes and no responce.PL LOOK IN TO THE MATTER THIS IS A BIG AMOUNT FOR ME. PL HELP

                            The images I attached shows some fake advertaisments usually arriving in ibibo.com. Such advertaisments man confuse people and it result in loss of time. So i request you to take sudden action for cancelling such advertaisments not only from ibibo but also from all the Indian websites.

                              I have Booked four Flight tickets ( Bangalore to Rajahmundry on 6th February 2010) through goibibo.com on 21st January 2010.and also booked three flight tickets (Rajahmundry to Bangalore on 9th February 2010) through the same on 22nd January 2010. At the time of Booking (Through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD) Some error occured the amount credited to their account and also the flight ticket is not Booked.
                              From 21st Jan to 02nd feb no information given to me. After that complaint to goibibo.com on[protected]Complaint No is 912241) to return the amount. But till date the amount is not returned to me. I am very much suffered mentally till the amount is debited to them. No information provided goibibo.com to me. I called them Number of times. But their response is Very poor in this matter.
                              So, Please see the matter and help me to return my amount as early as possible and also take immediate action.

                              I tried to book a ticket on 16/2/10 from srinagar to delhi for 6/4/10 the amount was 1616/- the transaction coun't me materilized as it shows transaction failed but my money was debted from my account i immediatelly contacted them they accepted that money has come to our account and will be given back within a day or so but till date they have not refunded my money. I did a blunder to book a ticket from the site that too for just Rs 200/- reputation pays. One should trust on those who have the reputation, so i sincerely advice all the people not to purchase any ticket from goibibo. They will nesver attend the phone even. Once you will decide to purchase the ticket your agony will starst.
                              I tried to book a ticket from Ibibo, the transaction failed but the amount was deducted. I called next day and i was told the amount will be refunded in 7-9 business days. I asked them if they can divert the amount and book the ticket which i want. They suggested to do a fresh booking and in the meantime refund will be issued to me. I did as instructed.

                              They did refund me the amount BUT after deducting cancellation charges!!!. The phone representative said nothing can be done as its cancellation ..which shouldnt be the case. I threatened to take them to consumer court on which I was told that someone will call me back in an hr to see what can be done on this case . It 48 hrs and i am still waiting...

                                dear sir,
                                i tried to make a booking from Agartala to Guwahati twice on 12/12/2009 and once on 13/12/2009 for two passengers Mr. Vidya Bhushan & Ms Kanti Devi, however booking was not successful due to non-availability of flight. however payment amounting to Rs.4484/- was deducted on all three occasions from my credit card.
                                the same has not been refunded back till date i.e. after 45 days, though the normal time for refunds is 6-7 working days.

                                please look into matters and suggest me the available legal recourse.

                                Ibibo — AD SMS

                                Whenever I receive AD SMS from IBIBO.com I find the charges are deducted in my prepaid card [protected]. I unsubscribed from that site, yet I still receive sms and the charges continue. Please complete my unsubscription and stop sending the sms. Thanks.

                                  GOIBIBO - Your Money will GO....In BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

                                  I have booked a ticket in GOIBIBO for Pune to Chenai for SpiceJet Airlines... After my money is transferred , my ticket status was "Awaiting For Confirmation from Airlines " Then after 3 hrs l received a call from a customer care number and I was asked for additonal amount of Rs:600 { 4,200 was the amount at the time of booking}

                                  When i asked the reason why the tickets were not booked they answered that at the time of booking the fare was increased by the airlines. Then their planned GOIBIBO serial drama has started

                                  When I demanded my money back, the customer care person replied that it will revert backed within 7 to 8 working days.

                                  I faced a lot of trouble .... It has been almost 40 days... Still i am waiting for my amount... Then I came to know that ... they are playing the same drama to most of the people... And thy are earning the interest from the money...

                                  Biggest fraud .. in the Name of Cheapest Flight Booking... Friends BE AWARE...

                                  I booked the ticket through goibibo.it was very very bad experience.First of all the call center fellow said he does not have office address.they are not allowed to give office address.they are simply [censored]ing the money of people.He is asked to send email to some people of there organisation.

                                  I booded the ticked for March 25th, 2010.When I rescheduled it they chared extra money 1050.After I made payment through credit card, they said it is not rescheduled it. What is this [censored]... After taking money they are telling it is not rescheduled on March 7th.

                                  After this they said they will refund the money after 10 to 15 days.Then i asked why has it not been booked.Reson gave was price is higher than 1050.I asked how much.they said it is Rs.2995.

                                  Itold, ok already you have taken Rs.1050 extra so i will payremaing Rs.1945.
                                  They denied said you have to pay Rs.2995 apart from 1050.This Rs 1050 will eb refunded and will not be adjusted.What is this stupid way of business.

                                  Your own money will not be adjusted instead you have to pay extra.

                                  This organisation is fully FRAUD.
                                  It is my advice, please do nto bood the ticket thoguht this [censored]ing company.
                                  God only knows when will i get my money back.
                                  did u received the money back.. i am also facing the same issue...

                                    I have booked one ticket from Bangalore to Patna ( PNR No. - FMN05RX24EL ) from Ibibo on 21st of december '09 and due to unavailability of seat the charged amount 16939 Rs is to be refunded back with in 7-10 working days as checked with Ibibo customer care on the same day.
                                    A Ibibo complaint no . 1001151 which was raised against refund of the amount charged by Ibibo against unconfirmed ticket booking.

                                    Till now, the said amount not yet credited back to the account.It's almost a month now just 2-3 times of normal processing time for refund.

                                    I checked it many times at customer care but they don't have answer for it.Apart from this everytime I am listening "It will be done in two-three working days". I am requesting you to please look in to this matter and help me out with this.

                                    I had booked one ticket from Mumbai to Bagdogra ( PNR No. - FMN0BPB3E13 ) for (Mrs Veena Sinha) from Ibibo on 28th of November '10 for Rs 7315 . The traveling date was 1st December and due to some personal reasons I cancelled the ticket on 30th November ’10 and confirmed with the Ibibo customer care if the cancellation has been processed. They confirmed the cancellation and assured that the fare will be refunded back with in 7-10 working days. It's almost 3 months and till date the said amount not yet credited back to the account.
                                    I checked it many times at customer care but they don't have answer for it. Apart from this every time they assure "It will be done in two-three working days". I m hereby requesting you to please look in to this matter and help me out with this.

                                    IPOD — Refund pending since 3 months

                                    I placed an online order of ipod with 100bestbuy.Com through my credit card for rs 499
                                    as the company policy promises to deliver the I-pod within 14 days of the order.

                                    My 1st complaint is regarding the amount which was charged from my credit card account, it was charged twice leading in a deduction of rs 998.
                                    2nd complaint is related with the delivery within due timelines.
                                    When I wrote the mail to [protected]@suksh.Com( the ID given for contact)on 14th july I.E. After waiting for 40 days.
                                    I got a response back that my amount will be refunded back as the product was not delivered within due timelines.
                                    But till today I.E even after 90 days, I still haven't received my money back, inspite of my repeated reminders from time to time.Its very bad on the part of the company.

                                    Ibibo is a massive scam., please alert everyone. they have a misleading webpage and change the details while scrolling. it has happend to many many people, please check mouthshut por other such online forums. ibibo needs to be dragged in the court.
                                    I agree that it is almost impossible to get REFUND from Goibibo.

                                    Shockingly, my refund was CONFIRMED and later cancelled for false reasons.

                                      I have booked my tickets on 31st of December 2009 with amount of Rs. 11022 but my ticket was not booked due to some problem in GOIBIBO'S network. I contacted them and they said it was a network problem so book again and your money will be refunded within next 5 to 7 days. I booked tickets with price around 2000rs higher as prices got hicked overnight. Since then i am calling their customer care till day for refund of money but again and again they are saying that it is in process. I am a student and dont have that much of finances to get things done but they are not understanding my problem. instead they are keeping my money with them as its almost a month now. please help me and also suggest me how i can go against them legally so that no one in future can become a victim of such organization.

                                        Cyber Fraud

                                        I booked flight tickets from GOIBIBO.COM on 24th Dec 2009 through DEBIT Card.
                                        But,due to website failure,my flight amount Rs. 12858/- got debited from my bank account.
                                        I called lot of times,but the call centre executives,supervisors even Manager Mohit,they all lied to me,Everytime they told that my refund will process within 7 business days.
