Fraud Airline bookers with Fraud claims

Recently I booked 4 tickets on flight AI 559 from HYD to Delhi for 19th March, 2013 with PNR JPQ42.
The issue is while i was booking, the fare shown on the system was 20424 for 4 (2 adults + 2 Children).
I entered the promo code GOJAN500 and it showed me further discount of Rs.500.

But unfortunately at the time of making payment, i was charged Rs.24200 instead of[protected].

I had booked a ticket through GOIBIBO.com for travelling between Bangalore- Hyderabad on 15th of march. For some reason the bus (operated by Sharma Transports) got cancelled. I therefore contacted GoIbibo on 14th March asking them for the full refund. For namesake, they launched a ticket and no action has been taken (not even a reply) since then....

Misleading the Customer with unclear and insufficient information.

Due to the negligence and um professional way of communication of the agent at "Goibibo", the online airline ticketing company, i was not made aware of the the fact that my ticket is non-refundable. We have booked a ticket from Chennai to Mumbai through Goibibo.com. We need to reschedule the flight ticket and made a call to Goibibo customer care. Customer Executive has told us that there was technical issue and could not reschedule. They were not caring to response at all. Just gave the customer care number of Jet Airways and disconnected the call. I would request to everyone, not to book air tickets through Goibibo.com at any cost....

Not responding to my urgent problems in rescheduling of the booked ticket.

unreliable fares

I tried booking a roundtrip flight ticket from mumbai to udaipur and return for the dates 27april2013 to 12may2013. The search page displayed the fare as rs5704.00 .

Harassment caused by Goibibo Travels

I booked a international ticket via goibibo.com from New Delhi to Cape town , and had to cancel the flight due to Visa issues.

Careless Bad System for Ticket reservation

Goibibo.com is worst website for ticket booking. They display bus seats available before booking and after booking and payment they cant confirm ticket.
