I bought a crocs slippers from Ajio during May 2023. Within 5 months the strap got broken. Now it's useless. What's the point in buying crocs if it's going to break in 5 months. Why do you give 90 days warranty period and sell those products for a huge price? Don't you believe that your products won't be good after 90 days ? I want a replacement for the product....

I have purchased on 17th October 2023 it has been 5 days since I placed the order still the product has not been shipped and shows processing. Support team has indicated that payment has not been verified I have sent them the payment proof via email and still they are asking to wait and delaying the process

The website guarantees 3 day delivery for metro cities and 5 day for others and...

Vide bill no : 19519 date :10/07/2022 18:52:15 for rs 4, 495/- inclusive of tax.

The shopkeeper sold the product stating the quality is good with two years warranty.

I have purchased crocks online in April 2021 and not used much. One fine day when it was kept in shoe cabinet standing outside the house in summer i noticed that the strip pasted around has been pasted off but when i checked i found the crocks was actually shrinked and it became smaller then it original size. Kindly resolve the issue or fix this one by repairing or replace it....

I purchased Crocs from DJ shoes, Pacific mall, Sector 22, Dwarka approx 45 days back. Exact date of purchase can be retrieved from my phone number.
The given pair was not at all comfortable, seems some faulty or duplicate was delivered. I tried 3-4 times, it hurts my foot by catching foot hair.

I had purchased LiteRide by Crocs slippers not even a year back and have worn them very rarely and the strap of the slippers was broken into multiple pieces. It was very shocking as I have been loyal to this brand for last many years and never faced any such problems. The slippers were quite expensive but I don’t opt for any other brand.
Kindly get this piece replaced or refund as this was a defected piece....

I bought crocs sandals from Ajio, the strap of which broke during the warranty period.
The Company is not replacing my product despite my product being in the warranty period also they are not even making an effort to understand the issues that the customer is facing.
They are offering discount coupon to redeem on website but firstly that product is RS 2000 more expensive on their website, they want to first cheat customers...

Cash is a very necessary thing... Whether you buy it from me or I buy it from you, the value of that cash is the same... There are other brands in this Kerala... They have opened a service center for the cash they buy here, why don't you do it? ... If there is no offer and no discount, at least open the service center.....

Hello, I am a normal Malayali living in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala.. I wanted to use crocs sandals out of curiosity... The price of the first crocs sandals I bought was 2500... Today that model has become 4500 rupees... from 2500. I hesitated to buy it when it was Rs 2000 more but bought it to see if there was any difference in quality...no change...same model sandal as I bought earlier...exactly after 1 year the main problem occurred...

I've had bought Brooklyn low heel crocs from Amazon on Feb 2022. After 3 months or so, the strap came off from the sole. I stuck it with a glue after which the strap got into pieces. I tried to fix it with a strong glue (wood glue) which worked only for few days after which it got into pieces again. How can I get it fixed? Can I get a replace?...

I have never had issues but for the past month or so I have been having some issues . The crocs seems to make sounds while waking and even when k shake it as though some small balls are in there .
