      I am writing as another resort since my calls are being dodged now and your third party Onsitego is just trying to not provide the appropriate service. Invoice number SLA[protected], an Asus laptop's extended warranty was purchased for service in case of issue arises. I understand that no physical damage and battery issue is covered under this, as per what I was told.

      While I complained on 31st May stating that I will be HAPPY TO take the laptop to the nearest service centre if needed, I was told that onsite services will be provided. My laptop has a charging issue and impressions of the keys on the display screen (which by the way has not happened in any other laptop I owned, even a 10 years old Compaq). Pick up was not done until 4th June, of course after several follow ups from my end. I didn't have any further update until 09th June when I was told by the technician, mind it not by anyone from Croma or CUSTOMER support of Onsitego, that the issue is with the charger and there is nothing that can be done about either of the two issues I reported earlier.

      Since I purchased the product and extended warranty from Croma, isn't the brand responsible for answering my questions? But no, I was asked to CALL TO Onsitego and Onsitego told me to call at Croma for exact solution, which by the way I have not received as yet because as per Croma my charger should be replaced, which I think so too but Onsitego has different opinion. Let that alone, Onsitego isn't ready to even do anything about the display screen either. Seems to me that extended warranty was just the way of minting money but no service in real.

      To add up to this nonsense, Mr, Vishal who proudly told me he is a manager in Mumbai, was supposed to get back to me with the exact solution yesterday at 4 pm, hasn't called me back as yet and even dodged the follow ups calls that I made today, twice. The cherry on the cake of all this ### was the technician was sent to return to give my laptop back without any service in real and for "NO SERVICE" you guys took 10 days!!! KUDOS

      By the way, I refuse to take back the laptop without proper service and clarity of warranty. YOU GUYS SHOULD NOT TELL LIES because it is costing me my everyday salary since we all are working from home.

      I hope this email might get me a solution.

        This is to bring to your notice I had made a purchase from Churchgate Croma store for Rs 29499/- upon being offered Rs 3000/- as cashback within 90 days. However till date I haven't received my refund despite multiple follow-up and visits to the store in times of the pandemic. Their Customer Service is deplorable and strong action must be initiated against the store.

            I ordered Apple ipad 8 Gen from Croma's online store on the 1st of June 2021. There has been only a single order confirmation email I received saying that the delivery was expected to arrive on 2nd June. No updates after that. The website only tracks till 'order shipped' since day one.
            It's been a week now. Two days ago I had called customer care receiving no specific update, so I emailed my complaint. I received a computer-generated email saying they will contact and update me on the delivery. No update. Just a call asking 'Has the product arrived?'
            I am planning to cancel my order if there's no reply within two days.
            I have attached screenshots of my email and customer care's reply, also the Orders page on Croma's app.

              This is RAJKUMAR ( [protected])from hyderabad, I am a very old customer of Croma store recently I have purchased a SAMSUNG LED 138 cm 55TU8200 on 12/04/2021 with billing name Rajkumar Ganugula

              Basically I came to store to purchase sony telivision but on the pressure of the sales person and manager Satish garu, i purchased samsung Tv and along with that they told me to purchase extended warrent which costed me around 5200 and when i asked for 3rd party screen protection they really didn't suggested me and after few days my tv screen has been damaged in my house while cleaning the screen with a cloth. After my personal enquiry I came to know that ZOOPER is providing screen protection for Croma Clint's and then I came to the store and asked for the same and I'm really sorry to inform you that Satish garu spoken very recklessly and told us that on that day ZOOPER server has a problem and so we didn't tell you about that on that day and now we can't do anything .

              Again after couple of days when we visited the store they admited there mistake and offered me 5000 rs and asked me to bear the remaining amount, I was really upset with there behaviour and only thing that was running in my mind is the NEGLEGENCE OF THE MANAGER & SALES PERSON costing 25000 for me .

              When I told them that I'm going to complaint for higher authorities the answer I got from them was no one can do anything for us and no one can help you go and complaint where ever you want, all this conversation was done over phone and everything was recorded and I have watsapp chat admitting there mistake.

              I just wana see whether there will be any action on them for there mistake or not . I hope there is a proper administration to take a very serious action on them and also give compensation for my loss.

              I request you for very speedy action from your end and hope this issue end here without any further complains from my end.

                    I would like to inform you that, I have purchase O- general AC from CROMA in the name o[censored]M khona & Company ( with registered mobile number-[protected], which was installed by Global Aircon Air Conditioning, SION last year in the month of January. However, I have not been provided a single free service in the warranty period and upon contact it was informed that since they dont have record of Installation they cannot provided the free service.

                    I am raising this complaint to croma trusting they care about their customer and would help me in this regards to eventually provide the free service applicable in warranty period.

                      A package containing croma 1.5 t portable AC was received by me on 22.05.21 but we found it in damaged condition. Complaint for the return was lodged on the same day in customer care as well as return email address. It suppose to be taken back in 6 days max. After repeated follow up it is still not picked up and we are suffering in hot summer even after purchase of an ac. Very poor customer service as no information other than lodging complaint is available with them.

                          I bought a Hitachi AC which was priced at MRP of 60500 and offered with a discount at 43900 with another 1500 discount which was not applied and I was charged 43900. On receipt of the product I found a MRP of 42300 so essentially Croma has aold the product above the MRP besides a Varince of 18200 i
                          the quoted and actual MRP. Best part is the call center doesnt responsd and keeps me on hold and emails are not working. I KNOW THE FACT THAT I WILL HAVE TO FILE A CASE to get back my money but SURELY THIS WILL HAVE SOME DENT ON THE REPUTATION OF CROMA...i leave it to you which you want this to go.

                            I had ordered iPad from Croma website on 22nd May. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th. Today is 29th, still no clue of the product. It was prepaid order, the payment has been deducted. I have called them numerous times, all they say is they will call me within 24 hours. Some said invoice has not been generated. Totally frustrated. I forwarded them the order confirmation I got. Also tagged them on twitter, still no proper response.

                              I have had a horrible experience shopping on Croma. Never before have I seen such crippled backend system and with an even worse customer care team.

                              I placed the cancellation request for a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE on 14 of May, just a few hours after placing the order. I never thought it would be such a nightmare get an order cancelled.

                              These are my details:

                              Amount: 47, 999 (Paid through Credit Card and Vouchers)

                              Date or writing this complaint: 29th May 2021

                              I'm mentally exhausted by now. The customer care is so useless, that I literally have no words. Whenever I call the customer care, I get the same response that you'll hear back from us in 24 hrs. But I'm yet to receive that call. I gave them 2 alternate numbers to get in touch with me. But, nope. Still waiting for them to call me back.

                              As a customer, never have I felt so helpless. This is a big amount for me and I intended it to be a gift for someone. Now, I have to pay the credit card bill for the product that I never even received. How is this fair?

                              I hope this complaint reaches the right person. I'm attaching the bill as well. Plese expedite the process. No company who wants to be in business would make its customer wait any more than 7 days for a refund.

                              Also, you really need to work on your communication. I have to constantly get in touch with the customer care team, when it should be the other way around. It's your job to provide the customer with the necessary updates regarding his request. Besides, contacting the customer care is never useful. I always receive false promises.

                              I request you, for the love of god to please give me a specific update regarding the refund. Has it been processed or not? When will I get my money back?

                                I have purchased To link router product on 20th May and I was informed that it will be delivered by 27th May.
                                Till now no tracking ID or call received from croma end.
                                And product was not yet delivered to me.

                                When I called to customer service they were saying you will get the product today but I don't see any of such sign.

                                Even they don't know if it is shipped or not.

                                Such a pathetic service they are providing.

                                Really worst experience they are providing to me and these are the great values at Tata enterprise.

                                And I called to customer service after 5pm on 27th May then they said it can't be delivered today so they will raise call back request from team.

                                I don't understand if you are unable to deliver the product then why don't they rise this request before when I called them.

                                It's been 7 days I am waiting for the product and you simply waste customer time.

                                I have ordered the product for my office work it is so disappointing to see this kind of services.

                                Nothing they made every thing late. Finally I received my refund after 30 to 40 calls from my side. No one called me on this issue. If we have ASBA in place for IPO to avoid the unethical interest earnings. Why we don't have any mechanism for e-commerce websites.

                                Still same words we don't know the status, then why are you selling online if you can even track the product that you have sent.
                                And one more twist is they don't even know to which shipping partner it went.

                                They said I will get call in 24 hours but I don't.
                                I called them back asking update they told they will call back in 5 hrs.

                                They cancelled the order on 4th June till now refund not initiated.
                                It's a public robbery.
                                No resolution yet, again made a call to customer care.
                                Same reply our team will get back to you.
                                Probably their basic qualification to their job is to tell this effectively.
