Delayed delivery of my package

Address: H/no.49, Block 1, 3rd mile, Thilixu Village

My package arrived in Dimapur hub on 11th November and its already 15th November, but my package has not yet been delivered to me.
This kind of irresponsibly will not be tolerated.
Please kindly look into this matter.
Inform me at the earliest as to where my package is....

Delhivery Direct Stole My Pakage & Claiming that its lost

Address: Chennai - 600100

I received an email claiming that your shipment was lost after 24 days after booking. There are no explanations.

I have a suspicion my stuff was stolen by this inept courier service.

I want a detailed explanation as to how it was lost & what was the steps taken to find it & I want them to return my package as it was deliberately stolen by Delhivery Direct.

Half of the package undelivered

I have 2 delhivery package with a tracking id[protected] and only one package has been delivered and the second package has not been delivered to me and no information is being provided by the delhivery service.
My request is to deliver it asap....

Merked product delivered but didn't delivered the product.

I am ordering a product from shopee application and waiting for it. But after a day they marked my product delivered but I didn't get it. I am trying to reach at delhivery customer care but this site have not any contact number but I send a too much emails to the delhivery but they don't even reply to my email. they do this with my three orders.

I have ordered a material from “meesho”. They sent through courier “Delhivery”. I didn’t get material still. I tracked the AWB on their site. It shows “ delivered successfully”. I complained Delhivery customer service but no any response. I think the delivery people took my material. What I can do to get my money back?...

Delhivery Direct Order Lost: AWB 2829217299121 - Parcel Lost after 24 days

I Booked a pickup and delivery service from Mumbai to Chennai through Delhivery direct online On the 19th of October 2021, I paid Rs. 356.0 for a package that was supposed to be picked up from my friend's house on the 20th of October 2021.

After 24 days (13 November 2021), I received an email indicating that your delivery was Lost and that your refund was being processed.

They sent the mail in an unethical manner...

Failed to deliver as promised

I have ordered Boat 621 Airdropes in boat official website and paid the amount through online transaction. Using the order no & tracking, I found that the order has reached poonamalle hub on 11th & received in Nanmangalam Delhivery service on 12th morning 6.30pm. But even after getting last checkpoint they failed to deliver or inform me. After sending too many and raising too tickets, they didnt take action. The courier service gave deadline...

Delay of delivery of medicine.

This medicine parcel has been lying in nashik warehouse from last 2 days and your company is least bothered about delivery of my medicine parcel. Today after visiting the nashik warehouse of your company they have initiated to get the medicine from their warehouse for delivery but still I haven't received the delivery. This is the worst service I have experienced from last 2-3 months everytime...

Non receiving of my parcel

I have book my Royal Enfield classic 350 for delivery in Delhi from Bhopal through LR number[protected]. On 12.11.2021, i got message at 9:45 Am in my mobile number from DELHIVERY courior service in respect of my parcel, they informed that your parcel has been out for delivery and may arrive at your destination between 10 Am to 5 Pm. I have been waiting for my parcel eagerly and remained at home for all day. Now, it is embarrassing for me...

Excuses are :
*delayed due to unforeseen circumstances
* due to festival Season order have piled up in your final hub
* it had been misrouted it will be rerouted
*the matter is being explored give us 24 hrs

48 hours and there are no update on tracking.

There is a shipment "Tracking ID:[protected]" coming from Amazon and after it left on 10 November, it's been already 48 hours but there are no update on it.
When I try to track it on Delhivery website it shows invalid tracking number....

Damaged Product

Rate them in minus as one star also too much for them, they delivered me my shipment with damaged stat. even no updates from them on my loss. as its internal service they are use to show finger on each other instead of solving customer issue and giving claim to them...Worst service in whole world. I will not recommend them to deliver single paper also. Pathetic

Product has been delivered to the address but I haven't got the product .please resolve it

I ordered DEOHAM-The Light of EDEN-Tealight 12g-50 Pcs and DEOHAM Tealight Candle 12g (Pack of 4, 24 Pcs) from shopee. i didnt received the parcel but its showing in their app that it has been delivered . no call for attempt to delivery was made .

These are the order that have reached its final hub but yet its EDD keeps on extending. And i got a scripted excuse that it will be solved 5 days ago and an unsincere apology.please explore the matter and solve it. They have never been on time....
