Remittance not received

We have not received remittance amount from Delhivery in our bank account since August 21st.

Delhivery logistics company collects cash from our customers which is not deposited to our account.

Delhivery logistics does not share relationship manager's number with its clients.

Delhivery logistics is not replying our email in this regard....

Booked the delivery on 3 rd OcT, there is no tracking and updates

Package was booked on 3-oct, but from last week Delhivery site just showing pickup. They don't reply on mails or update tracking.

It is not the first time they are doing this. Everytime I face this issue and I need to return money to my customers because of delay in delivery. Delhivery should maintain the standard services which they are not following....

Too much time to delivery

Address: Latehar, Jharkhand

Product came to my city latehar in the early morning. My home is about one kilometre away from delivery service office in my city latehar. Despite having small city, it took one day to deliver my product from their near office to my home. Either your employee is lazy or delhivery is incapable to handle fast delivery....

wrong amount on invoice

I have shipped my scooter from gurgaon to varanasi with lrn[protected] with the help of your executive ujjwal sawarn. As per our discussion total change would be 2400/ including all the taxes.

As per requirement i have mad the 2000/ advance payment through google pay (Receipt attached) but i received the scooter deliver person asking for 1209/ and give me invoice accordingly.

Total i have paid 3209/- to get...

worst customer service in dimapur and rude delivery agents

Below minus. They don't even call the customer and return the product by saying that customer is not reachable. One of the most raw, rude and oversmart delivery agents in dimapur. Pathetic! The delivery agents are below standard and dont even know basic manners!
Never trust this courier service....

Delivered but not received parcel

The parcel worth rupees 1500 was never delivered by any delivery boy, it's a prepaid parcel, i contacted them but they are saying your parcel was delivered, but how's it possible i didn't get any message any call this is fraud...

Product lost / Product missing

My customer sent me some goods, it's been more than 2 months today but i haven't received the product yet. Bother giving me the product or product price.
I have been complaining about my product to the delivery company for the last two months but my problem has not been resolved yet.

Product picked but not showing status and closed the awb number for my product

Address: Warehouse No 30, Gala No 1 to 8, Indian Corporation, Mankoli, Thane - 421302, Opposite Gajanan Petrol Pump,Naka, Bhiwandi (Map)

I filed a complaint in boat (Imagine marketing limited) for replacement of my product and boat created a ticket number and sent their delhivery partner to pick the product and i handed them my boat airdopes 311v2 costing rs.7000 and then when i went to check the status of my product the company closed the ticket and their website showed error, even the delhivery office of murbad dist. Thane didn't responded to my complaint and started abusing...

Saree/clothing item

I purchased a saree worth ₹2900 (Prepaid order) from an online retailer www.raisfashions.com
Delhivery was supposed to deliver the item (Awb:[protected] and i received sms saying the order was delivered, but i didn’t receive any package.

Tried to connect with their support and customer care number (Which never rings). Very frustrated with the whole event. I need my money back or the original item i had ordered....

Why my order is showing in transit for return

I have ordered a product and till 5/10/2020 there was no problem but today morning I saw that my product is in transit for return. Why???? I have neither returned it nor cancelled it. And also the delivery date was 29/10/2020 but it is delayed.
That's not much problem but why it is returned even I have not done anything...

Delivering fake products and cheating customers

B S Enterprises (Sagar enterprises) contacted via Olx for iPhone purchase. and they told the first price of 20K after a discount of 17K. but have to courier charge 500rs. I paid and they delivered on the same day via DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE. tracking no[protected]. but this shipment hold at delhi DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE end for 4 days. inbetween the sender called and told. it is returned. so pay again 500 for the new courier. I denied...

Product NOT delivered by DELHIVERY

Hello.
This is regarding a shipment ordered from Urbanic.com which was supposed to be delivered by Delhivery. The order status shows that it was delivered on 3rd October, 2020 at 12.49 pm. However, I fail to understand how it could be handed over to just anyone when the delivery was password protected because I had received on OTP on my registered mobile number. The AWB no is[protected]. No number of the delivery agent is provided...

Product not received

The item worth rs 3000 was never delivered by delhivery courier services, shows delivered with tracking number, I tried contacting the delivery customer support they said they will share POD what would I do of POD when i stay alone who ll sign for me and it was a day off in lieu of october 2 i was at home entire day
Please help my hard earned money will be wasted...

no updates in shipping/tracking status on website/delay in delivery

My name is abhishek kumar, and i had ordered a book 'the stand by stephen king mass market paperback', worth rs. 941, on amazon on thursday, 24th august 2020. The book was purchased from seller bookswagon. It was shipped using delhivery on saturday, 26th august 2020 with tracking id/awb no.[protected].
As per delhivery website, the package is estimated to be delivered by thursday, 1st october. However, the tracking status shows...

packet return

Address: Plot 5, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002

2 packets where pickup by same executive at same time. 1 is deliver 2 week back and other is now showing "in transit for return". The tracking id of order is[protected]. I mail to customer care regarding delay in delivery is inform me that packet will deliver by 22 september but now today is 24th september and my packet get return. I want the packet to be deliver without returning it as soon as possible....

The product is not received still it shows product delivered

I have purchased an item from Flipkart which is prepaid, with order id[protected]. and the same item is shipped by delhivery courier partner. when I try track the details The status shows "Your order was delivered on Sep 9, 2020" but the order didn't receive yet. The order is linked with 94******32 mobile number, but due to the sim damage number is switched off. already I have discussed this issue with delhivery support team through mail...

Delivery man forged my signature and gave my parcel somewhere other

Address: Horatti Village kenjige post mudigere taluk chikmagalore district karnataka

My awb number is[protected]. My order was to be delivered yesterday but i got a message in evening that it has been delivered but i haven't got my parcel and not even got any call from delivery assosiate. I asked for proof of delivery i found that some fake signature was at the place where i should have signed. This means the courier person may have forged signature....

Delivery not attempted

From 4 days it was showing out for delivery. On the very first day i received the call from delivery person and he said that i am somewhere else will call you later. After that he never called to ask anything. And now my package is being returned to seller. This is such a poor service and irresponsible behaviour of the delivery person. Awb no[protected]. Kindly look into the matter. And get my order delivered as soon as possible....

poc not responding, not providing solution of tickets.

I have account with delhivery by name "nardev fashion dfs".
From last 15 days my poc (Point of contact) was changed.
Previous poc was very good and solved our all tickets/complaints over email and call.

New poc now harrassing us from very first day.
He is closing tickets without solution.
We open ticket again from client panel but they again closed it without solution and without informing us.br...
