Hi, I am extremely feeling unsatisfied and annoyed as whenever my courier is sent to me through Delhivery, no once trying to deliver the production and returning the same without delivery even without contacting me. Driver's complaint

I ordered a bulky product of 20kgs from Amazon and it was sent thru Delhivery, their driver refund a doorstep delivery which they always do and asked my brother to pick up the item far 2kms away from.
This is becoming a regular issue whenever Amazon sends packages with delhivery, their drivers are unprofessional and abusive and still delhivery customer support hasn't taken any actions on the driver.

Fraud by A Person.

Delhivery not attempted and my parcel was returned back to sender

Parcel not received since 1 month of dispatch

Delhivery courier has not delivered my product since 1 month of dispatch. when i tried to contact customer support team, they told me that they have lost my parcel and trying to resolve issue.And now the Delhivery team is not even answering my mails.

Debit My Money from My account for a Package that is not Delivered

I had Booked My Shipment Wide Consingmrnt No :[protected] Dated 18/09/2020.

The consignment had reached to Destination Point in 3 Days, My customer had wait for 10 days but no Courier Person has even called him and no One from Delhivery.

Not delivered a urgent shipment with fake remarks

I have reissued my debit card from icici bank.Due to field excecutive fault my shipment returned back..field excecutive given a fake remark wheather they didnt attemp for delivery..

Received wrong parcel(not getting any response from consumer complaints also)

Hi, we have placed two orders on August 4th (which are 2 bags) from Bangalore to sattenapalli. AWB nos[protected],[protected]. And very next day both the bags got picked by delivery boy. And we have received 2orders on august 11 and one of them is not mine. Received cardboard box instead of bag. Both the parcels has address stickers which has my name and my addresses. Many times dropped mails to Delhivery team but don't see any progress....

Pathetic service and rude response to customer

Your service center in Kannur district, Kerala is the worst ever I have seen in my life. The myntra app was picking up wrong place and the delhivery staff was showing so much attitude and not at all willing to help. This is totally unacceptable...
