Product not delivered/wrong delivery report

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is regarding the tracking id[protected]. I ordered Indulekha Bringha Oil 100 ml on 31st March 2022. On tracking the product, I got to know that they delivered it on 6th April 2022 but I haven’t received the order, nor did I get an email or SMS regarding the delivery.

Please help me locate my order.

Delivery executive damaged product

When i placed order on amazon.in for my groceries, they gave me a promised date of delivery of 8th April 2022. And did not even provide the tracking ID for my order. The delivery executive have called me on the day prior to my promised day which is on 07th April 2022, and was warning me the closure of office time which is at 2:00pm IST. I pleaded the delivery executive to reschedule the order to the next day. But the delivery agent have cancelled...

Delivery boy made me feel unsafe

I had an order delivered by Nykaa by delhivery, the boy who came to deliver was trying to come awfully close to me, the delivery code was not sent to me at first and when I told him that he trying to peek in my phone and came really close to me at a distance that didn’t feel safe, when I shouted at him he called a person who I believe was the real delivery partner because after the code was sent to me, he didn’t type the code on his phone...

Payment fraud delhivery tracking ID WAS 19504682623114

I am writing this for my recent Delhivery order

I ordered from Ajio and the payment mode was COD
after trying payment thrice only once it was successful the other times it was a failure but my amount was deducted. The amount that was to be deducted only once was 1350 but instead the payment was made additionally twice summing to an extra amount of 2700.

You guys have no helpline nor proper email id br...

Parcel not being delivered

My tar book issued by IMEI was picked by Delhivery on 25th march and reached Chennai hub on 27 march. its been 10 days since it arrived there still the parcel hasn't left the Chennai hub. Even after multiple queries through their site(the only option), no response from Delhivery team. there is no customer care number to contact them.

Unnecessary delaying for return delivery

Fraudulent updates

Address: Gurgaon

Delhivery personnel upload and present falsified information in regards to delivery attempts. The company does not respond to any complaints and holds no valid customer service number.
Inability to perform of what was assured is fradulent and companies which use their service are being penalized in the form of customer insults and loss.

In addition to that they are acquiring other smaller more efficient logistics companies...

Parcel Not delivering since 15 days.

These guys are just sending my parcel from one city to another since 15 days.

They don't have any customer contact details neither phone nor any email. We can't even log complaints on their website.
I am trying to connect with them since 15 days on every single medium twitter/fb/ linkedin. Got no response.

Please ask them to at least have customer service. or return my parcel to origin....

Not picking up my order from home

I am writing this because I have made an order on delhivery to ship my product and I have made the payment to delhivery but now they have not come to pick up my order from my home since three days and if I am cancelling my order they are saying that it is not refundable...

Hi,

There is no update on the status of AWB Number[protected]. The parcel reached the nearest delivery center 5 days ago but has not been sent for delivery. When I contacted the customer care, all I get is a canned answer - Apologies for the delay. The shipment with AWB #[protected] has reached its destination center Hyderabad (Telangana). Cash on delivery payment

I have ordered one product from Meesho in cash on delivery option. While scanning the qr code to make payment, it didnt work initially. So re-attempted payment in the same page without scanning qr code. Payment got successful but it was showing payment couldnt complete in your website. So made payment again using qr code. Return shipment delivery is delayed

My return shipment is supposed to be delivered on 30th March 2022 and it’s 3rd April now and all I could see is status out for delivery and it’s not attempted. My tracking number [protected] I raised numerous complaint and there is no proper support from the courier service. My funds are in hold because of the delay. Such a poor service I have seen various shipping companies they do care their customers with proper support....

Package is very late

My package from delhivery is unusually late.when I track my package it's staying at Rajpura hub for more than a week.The estimated delivery date was April 1 now it's April 4. when will I recieve the package.Very disappointed from the experience of such a reputed brand like delhivery
