I am sick and tired of this courier company now. My tracking ID is[protected]. The original delivery date was 16th and each day sine then they keep increasing the delivery date. The problematic part is there is no way to contact Delhivery, I have raised atleast 5 to 6 queries on their portal and no response yet. I urge all customers never to use their services. It is pathetic....

We are facing so many issues from Delhivery courier agency, my all issues mention as below.

1. Company is updating the wrong status and the staff is also not good behavior because I talk with his ground team also and the manager also all are 3rd class.

I just received a message that my package was lost in transit. It’s very strange because I sent 2 parcels at the same time for the same address, one was delivered one was lost. The value of my package is rs. 15000 but they refunded only shipping fees.
Shall I find a police/court complaint to get refunded the actual value they lost (stoled?) ? What is the process?
If the parcel can still be found, even though mentioned as lost...

Two cartons picked up on 12/4/2022 from Andheri East, Mumbai by Razak contact number [protected] one tracking I'd received one carton delivered on 19/4/2022 at Delhi.

still waiting for second tracking I'd and delivery of second carton.

The pick up receipt numbers of the two cartons ie customer receipt numbers are DLVPC[protected] and DLVPC[protected].

Hi Delhivery and ShipRocket

This is to apprise your good-self that I booked a parcel with shiprocket on 8/3/2022 from Nellore to Varanasi. For the first five days no one came to pick up the parcel even after repeated escalations. Then on 12/3/2022 I changed courier partner to delhivery. Even then it has been over a week no one has contacted for pickup.

This is the height of carelessness on the part of the shiprocket...

Pls check the four AWB # for which deliveries are scheduled and i am quite surprised that some of them have been in Hyderabad for near to a week but have not been delivered yet.

I had placed an order from Vila organics who used Delhivery services to ship my package. The initial date of delivery was 16th April. Since then, they are increasing the delivery date everyday and now its 21st. Order was placed on 14th April for a courier from Jamshedpur to Visakhapatnam since we needed the suit to be worn on college convocation on 22nd April. The order has still (19th April) not been picked up. The customer care says that the complete address was not provided when all the details including house number, street name and pincode have been provided. My shipment with tracking no[protected] is shipped from haryana on 12th April and was reached at Kottayam on 16th. But after that no updates are shown in website till this time. I requested for reason for delivery but no reply received Usually if the shippment reached in Kottayam which is very near to me should be delivered on 17 rh or 18rh. Because 17rh is Sunday. Delhivery is merging with spoton. With spoton I don’t have any issues. Byt because of delhivery coming in my oarcel got late delivered and my export order got cancelled. I want cancellation fees from delhivery logistics....
