One of my relative send one birthday gift ( garment) from kolkata thru Delhivery courier . We got SMS from courier company confirming the same and specifically informing to share OTP once delivery boy is at door step.

We got a call from delivery boy from outside and he asked for OTP . We refused to give OTP and ask him to come to door step to share OTP. But instead he refused to come and told us to cancel the same . We never...

I haven’t received my parcel yet, but it's showing as it's delivered on 11th March 2022. My Parcel tracking ID is[protected]. The provided tracking link shows it delivered on 14th March but on Delhivery website its shows it has been delivered on n 11th March 2022. I didn’t even receive any call from Delhivery agent. I have been trying to reach delivery customer service, but got no response. Since past 2 days all I have got a disappointment....
