Fraud/ scam run by delhivery courier/ my second type of experience

Address: A11/8, KALINDI HOUSING ESTATE, NEAR KALINDI TAXI STAND, KOLKATA-700089

This is the second type of fraud I had to face by a courier guy from Delhivery courier in Kolkata. Biswajit Das Mob-[protected] (as he told me) came on[protected] and picked up a return parcel from me which was supposed to be picked by another courier agency (Shadowfax). He fooled me saying you will get SMS (for which I am still waiting). He didn't provide me with any physical receipt also. I came to understand about the fraud when another...

Delayed Delivery of my Consignments.

I have 2 consignments to be delivered by Delhivery Courier. The Awb#[protected].

It has reached my city on 28th March but the delivery is delayed since 3 days.

I don't know whats going on....

Product undelivered

My product reached my nearest hub on 27th march
March 27 & 28 is strike so they are unable to deliver my product but march 30 & 31 there is no strike nothing they can deliver my product if they wish..
Still they are not ready to deliver my product and there is no contact number to enquire

TV/ I received my TV in broken condition

Delayed package delivery

My order (TRACKING ID [protected]) details are showing is still showing that it is expected to be delivered on 25th March. It is 30th March today and I still haven't received any update even after raising several complaint tickets.
When will I receive my packet. It has been so long since I ordered. Kindly answer or update me on this.

Shipment marked as delivered but not received. Wrong delivery report

I have not received my shipment. Tracking no AWB [protected] and I have received msg that it has been delivered. I have already sent email to Delhivery customer support team but there is no response from them. I am surprise to know my shipment delivered to some other person without delivery code. It was confidential shipment as it came from my bank so I really someone to trace this out for me....

Parcel stuck

My parcel with awb number[protected] from Delhi was routed to Bilaspur chattisgarh. It had to reach Ranchi Jharkhand as the destination. But somehow, it was sent to Ludhiana and then Rajpura in Punjab and is there for over 2 days now! There's no contact number and they haven't replied to my email....

Delivery was not attempted

I have a parcel with AWB[protected], I'm sure delhiivery guy's should get my contact information from the above AWB Number, I have not been contacted by your delivery agent and the status gets updated as is consignee is unavailable in the tracking status, please check and delivery the parcel at the earliest....

Not delivering product and harassment

0n 26th March 2022 AWB[protected] GELID AIR-CONDITIONING.
THE COURIER DELIVERY NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT AS OF 28 MARCH 2022.
HE IS arrogantly talking and calling from wrong address . This is pure harassment. Both delivery courier and nasik Maharashtra staff is arrogant.

I had ordered the product from myprotein brand, the compnay shipped the product through delhivery site, . Delhivery company did not deliver my product. Then when i asked he was asking my google pay otp number and said it will only be delivered if i share that otp.

Delay in Delivery - Pathetic CU response

AWB[protected]

March 10th 2022 - Picked up from Ranchi to be delivered at Bangalore.
Until today 26th Mar 2022 no update from Delhivery Team/ customer care.

Reached out to them via emails, same response as in they will escalate, look into the concern, bloody common templates rather giving an ETA.

Please help me get my shipment delivered....

I'm complaining as I didn't receive my parcel and on tracking it is showing delivered

I had placed an order on 18/03/2022 on meesho (prepaid) whose delivery partner was delhivery. My parcle was scheduled to be delivere on 25/03/2022.
On 25/03/2022 I checked on tracking it was showing that the parcle was OUT FOR DELIVERY in the morning and by evening I didn't received any update neither call nor a msg.
By evening the tracking is showing that the delivery is not completed as the otp is not available and the reality...
