Waiting for the status update for courier

Delhivery
May I know what is the issue going on with you guys? Why one of our customer's courier packages is not getting delivered yet?
There is no progress at all. AWB number:[protected]
May we expect the delivery today? Highly unsatisfied with the service
There is no direct/indirect way to communicate with you guys.
It is getting delayed since last week.
This would really impact our customer feedback...

My orders from home centre and Myntra have been returned as delivery agents from Delhivery do not contact the customers but when you track it it says consignee unavailable, called customer and all that but the point is the customer is never called. It's already taking too long for the order to reach our place but no intimation is given how s the customer supposed to know. The order is then returned by Delhivery...

Package not received

My tracking id is[protected] of delhivery. My package date to deliver to me is 24 December but I'm still not getting it. my package was arrived 24 of dec. In ahmedabad today is 27 of December still I'm not received my package yet....

Delivery cancelled even though I wasn't called!

Regarding Employee's Careless Behaviour

Delivery Executives Not coming up and delivering the products... They tell us to come down to road and collect it.

Delivery Executives Not coming up and delivering the products... They tell us to come down to road and collect it. Also they take away the courier back if we do not collect it from road side... They do not have proper customer care number where we can register complaints... The email support replies takes time and the complaints remains unresolved......

Order undelivered/ least bothered delivery persons!

It’s been 3 days and I keep getting messages regarding order will be delivered today but I don’t get calls in the whole day. I am myself calling previous delivery men and trying to get hand on the number!! I mean is this my job?!

Regarding delivery issue and contact issue

I ordered my product from meesho on 19 December 2021 and now the till date I haven't received my order. Stolen package

My PUMA package with AWB[protected] was picked up by a Delhivery courier boy on 22 December 2021. On 23 another Delhivery courier boy called me to pick up the package and I told him that it was already picked. Now today I received a message from puma that my pickup failed. kindly help

On 23/12/2021 delhivery partner called me to confirm the delivery he told me that he delivered the product in my home as i was out of station but when i reached home there is no delivery and they are not picking up the call.kindly resolve the issue. kindly deliver my product....
