Payment failures and refund issues

I have placed an order in Myntra and it was delivered by Delhivery with the AWB[protected]. Mode of payment is COD and while attempting to pay thru phone pe, the transaction was successful and money got debited. Yet the delhivery person refused saying he didn't receive the payment. We paid again and took the parcel on the delivery guy promising to get the refund in 4-7 working days. It has been 15+ days and nobody is responding....

Shipment pick up pending for last so many days

Product not getting delivered and they are rescheduling

My Tracking ID is[protected]. My luggage had been picked from Lucknow and already reaches Bangalore on 13th however delhivery team is nether responding to my calls nor confirming of the delivery.
Once I am trying to track, it says rescheduled and just a few minutes before someone called to inform that one of the parcel has been misplaced by them thus they are rescheduling it.

Product shown delivered but not not received yet

From Assam, Guwahati. I have ordered a product from Meeso on 28.11.2021 .it was a prepaid parcel. it was assigned to delivery courier with AWB No.[protected]. My address was my official address. the product was out for delivery on 05.12.2021 i.e Sunday. As office was closed on sunday the delivery executive partner Name- Wahid who was assigned the delivery called me . I told him that office is closed today you can delivered it tom me tomorrow....

Complaint about no Updates on parcel or Tracking

My Seller had placed the parcel on 6 dec 21 (AWB:[protected] and from that day the tracking site is showing the status as "Pick up not Done".
Where we called the courier service they are excusing with same reply always that it will be resolved soon and site will be updated.
Today when we took followup for same on call and from office the parcel is not yet dispatched or scanned for process.

Pickup not happening

I have booked for Pickup service which was supposed to happen on 10th December but till now the package has not yet been picked up and the status shows as shipper unavailable. Everytime it shows the delivery guy is out for pick up but never received a call from their side, and in the evening the status is always updated as Shipper unavailable....

Status updated falsely

On December 13th, i was supposed to get my package received by Delhivery, which was internationally coordinated by ARAMEX. I was sent a 4 digit pin to be told to delivery agent when i was handed over my package.
however at 3:48 pm when i checked for update - the system showed that my package had already been delivered. I checked with my residential complex by i did not receive the product. IF i didnt provide the agent with pin and...

Product not ordered

I just want to say that I didn't ordered anything from DELHIVERY and recieved a parcel today and payment method was cash on delivery. I want to return this product and want my 1200 rs back as soon as possible. The product is a used one and damaged....

Delivery agent picked up return order but has not submitted it

Anuj mishra an agent from delhivery picked up my return order..but has not updated it...its been 2 weeks he picked up the product.

I have talked to him many times and he is saying that he will share the link with me that its been submitted...but he is lying and making excuses.

No updates on my parcel

My parcel which was supposed to get delivered on 10 Dec but still today no updates it's shows it's still in Guwahati hub but everyday I recv my other parcel this is the third time delhivery has failed to deliver the parcel on time....

Not delivery item

My hone address and landmark is available in product but the delivery guy and the Manager never agreed to come and drop the product, I always been told to come and collect the product from main road even though all other courier services will come and do home delivery.
The manager behavior is pathetic and unprofessional if you agreed to come to the point then only they Will Bring Your parcel of else it will get returned.

Their delivery was via delhivery.The product was packed from homafy on 4th dec. But the courier partner put delay for pickup...Still in tracking it is showing Bilaspur from 10th dec...and no updates yet.
Today is the expected delivery.and what is the use of getting it late, as that is for my friends marriage today

H&M package came damaged

Address:Choglamsar near Jiveytsal , Leh Ladakh

I received a damaged package. 2 items out of three were missing. The delivery agent told me that it was damaged earlier . I canceled the order on spot. The refund was initiated only for 1 item since only one item was returned back. 2 items went missing at delhivery office. It's disappointing and upsetting. I want my refund for the 2 missing items. DELHIVERY should take responsibility....

Delhivery Kindly Resolve the Wrong Status showing " Order Refused or cancelled by Consignee"

Sir/mam, my order for NUMBER: ******* and tracking number:[protected] has not been delivered yet to me for 15 days. Also, the status is showing that "Order refused or canceled by Consignee". But in reality, I have never refused or canceled this order, in fact, I have never got any call regarding the delivery of my order. So, I request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent And also update the status of my SHIPMENT....
