And in the app it showing, it’s delivered. Nd my order code y0lc-trz8. And food pick up guy name krtik ([protected]). And i am facing this type of problem second time with foodpand. And app chat icon is also not working. Solve my query as soon as possible and refund my payment

I hve placed order on 7 oct, 17 oct and 22 oct
all my orders cancelled by the company and are not processing immediate refunds. they are extending tie for refud only
