I have been receiving multiple calls from hathaway to use their service. I have also told them not to call again. But still they keep on calling. They are keep on calling even after my repeated denials. Their calls are so annoying and i don't know how to block them. I have also told them to delete my number but still the problem exists. They are also calling in non business hours and disturbing me....

Hathway promised me that if i pay 3 months bill in one-shot they will provide me cctv camera with installation free, it has been 3 months now still no one came to install it. Even thou after telling that u don't want to renew the service they keep calling you on a daily basis even over the weekends. I have also recorded a call of a representative who. Acc no is [protected]. Recieving calls everyday from hathway even though dont have hathway at the place i live. Have even returned the router. They update the system every time i ask them to but still they are harassing me everyday. I also asked to put my number in DND. Daily calls are still there. I dont know if they understand hindi or english. I will go to consumer court, if this still happens....

We paid deposit at the time of hathway setup box installation and was told that the deposit is refundable on subscription termination. When we asked for deposit amount on termination the concerned operator spoke rudely and said that he will not going to return any amount. Please do needful

I made payment for hathway connection on 18-may, cabling setup was done on 19-may. Since then i am following for activation details and still no one has contacted. It's been over 5-days now that i do not have wi-fi activation details.
