I am bearing account number [protected] and my broadband connection is not working up to the mark even it is performing very slow like 700Kbps whereas I am having 50Mbps pack. I called the customer care executive but they are just making fake promises and not resolving the issue.
Hathway is giving me a hard time and they have one of the worst customer care support....

I am receiving messages from hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account in the year 2008 and suddenly I am receiving messages now on broadband. This is so annoying.
Its been 10 years since i used hathway account.
Kindly stop sending messages to my personal number.

I want to stop getting calls and emails from Hathway everyday. Whenever I get a call, I always mention that we are not using Hathway services anymore, but you guys still keep on bugging me. Hi,

I have requested for my connection and they came right away and collected the money and booked my connection. After that, I had to wait more than 24 hours for the cable connection and the modem installation was done on the third day of booking.

But they have never activated my account till now and it's been 4 days after the modem installation done. I have called them multiple times to get the account activated...

Gtpl net is the worst service provider..

Not only company but area service team also is not providing service after regular complain and follow-up also

Hi team,

For the past 3 months i have been complaining about slow speed issue and i have raised multiple complaints in the hathway site. Sometime they close the ticket without fixing or fix it temporary and again just after 5 min or next day same speed issue.
Speed issue as per package is 100-150 mbps but most of time speed will be 20mbps and sometime like 2mbps. For god sake if not 100mbps please give me atleast 30-40mbps...

I have submitted 2122 rupees online through Hathway website, still, they did not provide the connection, and no one came for the installation. I request to pay my money back, as I don't want to take their services now.
No one from Hathway is responding as I have dropped ample of emails, and calling Hathway customer-care like anything. If such kind of scam is going on, then what our government is doing, and where we need to go....

They said they will send somebody next day but they didn't. After that 1 week went by and nobody came to look into it. Yesterday a person came to check and replaced the modem but the link is still not stable. I have been calling them everyday. I have paid 6months in advance....

Hi I have requested a shifting Service ID[protected]W125539 on June 1st with Hathaway broadband. And till 5 th of June there was no action even escalating it twice and calling customer care was horrible and officials put us on hold and go i[censored] ask questions. And finally they closed the req stating no feasibility. So I raised service request for refund for unused service from June 1 to 5 via 05062019W197183. Still no response from Hathaway....
