Hi,

My self azaria. I applied for hdfc credit card and submitted all the documents needed. My application reference number :- [protected]s3. Home and office verification has been done. Digital verification also done. After 20 days when i checked the status it showed me credit card got disapproved. I want to know the reason.

This is to inform you that i am facing problem with bank account. Amount of rs. 16851 / has been deducted from my a/c by hdfc bank without any intimation. Rs. 2000/- also putted on hold by bank.
After discussing with bank, i came to know that someone has taken loan from bank by using my pan number.

I have paid the excess premium on 27th of july 2017 and raise the request for refund of the same on 27th july 2017.

I didn't receive the amount in my account but the hdfc life is saying they processed the refund and shared the bank statement with the same.

I purchased 200 no's shares of pnb housing finance on 21-july-2017 and again i purchased 400 no's shares of pnb housing finance on 24-july-2017.

So, i had total 600 shares as on 24-july-2017. As per announced dividend effective date 25-july-2017, my dividend becomes 600 shares x dividend rs. 6/share = rs. 3600/- to be credited in my bank account, but i received only rs. 1200/- in my bank account.br...

I was using hdfc credit card and i couldn't make the payment due to financial problems and they have blocked the card..

There was outstanding of around inr 165000. Somehow i arranged money and paid 90, 000. Collection department says that you need to contact customer care and card will be activated however when i called customer care they denied and said that check with collection department. No one helped me. Pathetic service...

Hi, i have received sms of two unauthorized transaction as below:. It is now more than 17+ days & there is no updated. I am filled dispute from & send on cc. [protected]@ hdfc.com, but there is no any reply. I have called multiple times to cc & rm, but no update. Instead of tracking this transaction, they have bill this amount with current statement. Please escalate this to high management to look in to this.

They have automatically deducted 1299/- from my account.

Now i am saying i dont want my money back but i want to cancel this policy.

One assist costumer care executive told me this policy auto renew after one year. And automatically premium will be deducted.

A huge amount of 5000/- failed in a transaction amount not refunded.I have called and mailed no one is receivingnor answering .I hope consumer complaints forum will solve the problem.Already 17 days over no rfund done.Payzapp people not reaponding . My hdfc credit card no is "[protected]"
I have clear all my hdfc credit card dues on 17/01/2015 still it is showing in cibil.

It's more than 2.7+ years still hdfc didn't inform to cibil regarding the same.
I have paid all dues with interest, late fees, etc. And without settlement.

It's my humble request to clear my cibil record because i am getting problem for future loan purpose....

At the time of issuing credit card they have taken insurance premium for two years on emi basis debited from my credit card but after completion of two years, they are debiting again without my consent i am not in a position to any

Several times i called customer care cell to cancel the policy and reverse the emi deducted so far they have accepted my complaint and promised to stop debiting...

Taken personal loan in hdfc on oct'16 and have been paying the emi on 7th of every month but the payment got delayed due to insufficient funds in aug'17 and the customer care ppl from hdfc called me and spoke to me in a very rude and arrogant way. Even after giving the assurance that i will clear the emi in the same month they have been repeatedly cornered me and pestered all the time that why it has been delayed and threatening that they...
