I am doing consistent followup with hdfc support [protected]@hdfclife.com (Email subject: 'hdfcsl=[protected]' policy no.[protected] for releasing claim amount of the already matured policy (Matured in jan-17). Since then i am doing followup to get the claim amount released.

Support is dumb (Most of the time), post writing several emails, said that they released the claim amount around in march-17 (They gave me date and neft success)....

Dear team,
Please note, on 10th august'17 we had tried to add money in payzapp wolet from my hdfc debit card but some technical issue transaction got failed and money got deducted my debit card and not deposit in payzaap wolet we have put a mail to payzaap team regarding this issue. This is naini prasad i had an bank account in hdfc bank hanamkonda branch last month i got an call from that branch regarding personal loan member mr madhukar loan department and he explain the loan i taken the loan 2lk and iam payed one emi also this month and my money also is there in that bank nearly 12000/-rs and last two days i login to my netbanking then in that i saw my balance then now the balance is 9900 change...

I have a hdfc bank credit card last no is 1373. Name sewali dutta. My balance was diducted without any notification. When i spend 399 rs. Then msg me that current o/s - 1411. But i spend only 399. How can it possible that my balance was diducted without any permission. Please look this metter and solve it as soon as possible.

I shifted from register address so i have request to you send hdfc branch noida sector 1. I can collect myself. Customer care did not provide any kind of service. I am fully fed up & want to discontinue this card without pay any single coin. So pathetic service...

I have used classicassure plus plan on march 2017..
They told me a offer about like death benefit and 5% cashback for yearly premium amount of 50000 rs. Which is 5% cashback for 50000rs is 2500rs.
They told me to pay single payment for yearly... So now they hdfc life cheated me. They didnt give 5%cashback 2500rs..
Still they are not responding to me....

They mailed me stating i will get my cash refund of failed transaction (Airtel recharge of 198) within 5 days... But it's being a month now... They are not replying to my email as well now
This app is such a disgrace to a great bank like hdfc... The bank authorities suggested me to use that as well.
Disappointed with it... I'm still waiting for the reply they are not picking up the call as well
Use other apps like paytm,...

I had a salary account in bhubneshwar branch. I had not operated on my account for a long time and it became dormat. I tried to reactivate my account from kolkata. The garia branch office told me that the only way to reactive my account in to submit a cheque to in my account to remove dormancy. I did as asked and things were sorted out. But how could this be the only process to remove dormancy? I was told that cash deposit would not work...

I had received a statement on july 14th around 2:57 pm. Here i am attaching email snapshot. According to that email, outstanding amount mentioned was 3039 rs and i did the payment for the same. But now you credit card team have told me that i have not made complete payment and hence charged late payment charges and interest for the remaining amount.

Kindly request to hdfc credit card team to look into...

This with regard to the credit card payment, i have been using the credit card for past 5 years (Approx), due to a sudden financial crisis i was unable to make the payment for past 6 months, but i always mentioned that i would like to continue the card, which i still do. But the card was blocked, further an amount from saving account was deducted without any prior intimation to me, which is completely against rbi guidelines....
