Transaction History Not Shows While Using PayZapp Wallet on Nobroker.com

Dear Team,

I did one transaction with an amount of 8080/- to pay my house rent and I used it through Nobroker.com site through PayZapp applications on 03rd, Oct, 2020. While I am checking my transaction history of PayZapp app where I am unable to see this amount entry.

Please find the attached screen shot for your kind information.

Request you to please check and revert me on the same on priority...

Unnecessary deduction

Misplaced the Registry document and no answer on it

I had opt home loan from HDFC . I have registry in 2011 and now my load is full paid . On document release they are dining that they don't have registry document. I did complain and not getting any response.

PPF Account Open in Wrong Branch

Hi,
I have applied online for opening a PPF account in HDFC Bank on dated 30 Oct 2020. On 31 Oct 2020 my PPF account open by HDFC Bank but in Wrong Branch i.e. Anna Nagar to which i don't belong. I have my account in Gurgaon Sector 14 Branch of HDFC Bank.
I don't want any account in Chennai as i never went to there nor I want to go..
Please Change my PPF account branch to the Branch where I am having my saving account....

Credit Card

I haven't bought anything on EMIs, yet you collected a Rs.2440 "EMI" from me... Now you're going to charge me another EMI of Rs. 2440 on the 10th of November.

Raised like a dozen tickets about this but no one cares. Just automated replies - half-hearted resolution efforts... just doing script work.

Just visited the local branch and they said they don't have access to the "credit card" system!

Customer Care

I tried to transfer money through IMPS and the amount was debited but I received a message saying it timed out due to technical reasons.

When I tried to call customer care they kept me on hold for 30 minutes!! The suddenly disconnected my call!! When I called again they kept me on hold once more, then connected me to a phone banker after 15 minutes who cut my call as soon as she picked up!!

Absolutely the worst...

Lien account due to Credit card dues umpaid - Covid 19

NOC for jumbo loan

Wrongly deducted 20k

HDFC bank has wrongly deducted from my account of rs 20k on January 2020.
I have registered and followed up with the bank many times but yet to get the resolution and the amount as well. Till today it is 11 months running. Amount is still pending....

Levy of quarterly charges of Rs 295 in my savings account
