Welcome kit not received even after 1 monty

Senior citizens savings account opened with min balance paid. Account opened online with hdfc representative from pune. No welcome kit received and so not able to activate account and make transaction. Kit overdue 1+ month now. Call on [protected]/[protected]
Very bad experience having taken min balance with no account activation.

Amazon amount refunded but not reflecting in my account

Amazon has sent a mail saying the amount has been refunded back into the hdfc account through net banking but the amount is not reflecting in my account. It's been 5 days since the message came.

My bank account number is [protected]

Amazon company has sent me a reference number for the refund. When will i get the refund back into the account? The amount is huge....

Money on hold by HDFC bank

In this covid period my money is kept on hold by HDFC bank ..in netbanking it shows hold by HDFC bank rs.1157 mi revenue hold through gefu...what the hell is this in thia covid period instead of giving more intrest rates and good servicing you guys are harrasing.i want my money by tomorrow or i ll be putting more complaints and this time it will be to RBI and tagging our Prime Minister.you may reach on [protected]..my cust ID is 40250688...

Harrasment and abusing

Dear hdfc,

My name is nitish kumar and i am a customer of your bank since 8 years.
The card ending with 8997. I always make my payments on time as you can see my details. Today i got lots of call from your 2nd party collection team and she was abusing me and insulting my family also and black mailing me to visit my house. This incident happened with me earlier also if you want her number or screenshot i will send it...

hdfc refused to open savings account because i don't have a last name

Hdfc made me submit all documents, including aadhaar, pan card and passport but then refused to open an account citing an internal rule that savings account holders must have a last name.

This is ridiculous because i have all the documents in my first name only....

HDFC Account blocked

Hi,

There was a fraudulent transaction from my account and I had to block my debit card. But the customer care guy blocked my net banking and UPI too. I went to the bank the next day to fill the CDF form and re-applied for debit and net banking. The told me within 7 days it will get sorted.

Dispute Transaction on my card

Cash back not received for Apple series 5 watch

I bought Apple series 5 watch with cash back offer from Hdfc bank.
As per policy I should get cashback in 120 days.
I purchased watch on 8 th of feb 2020 120 days already completed still not received cashback.
Please look into this issue on priority.

cashback on purchasing iphone 11 as per hdfc credit card offer not received

I have purchased an iphone 11 from croma store on february 08, 2020. At that time an offer was running in which on making payment from hdfc credit card i will be entitled to rs 6000 cash back within 90-120 days. I made payment using hdfc credit card. The time has already elapsed. However i have not received any cashback till date.

There is no way to contact them. Their customer care does not provide option to raise complaint...

credit card not delivered

In reference to the subject matter, as my credit card application has been approved and is to be dispatched on my permanent address-279 meerpur cantt kanpur, uttar pradesh pin code-208004, due to the reason that as per tracking its shows that my office address is compete inadvertently.

Request you to please re-delivered the same at my aforesaid mentioned address....

IPhone 11 pro cashback not received

I have bought my iphone11pro with hdfc bank credit card on 12/02/2020 . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in dealer unicorn faridabad they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. Bill copy attached for your reference....

Refund not received

I have ordered a cooler from amazon with debit card emi and then returned it after 2 months. I have received a mail from amazon saying they have processed my refund and it should be credit by hdfc bank, it has been more than a month but i haven't received my refund yet.

When i spoke to the hdfc customer care, they said it will take 10 days but now it is more than a month.

Out of 3 installments, i have paid 2...

fastag account locked.

I have been trying to login to my fastag account but it says account is locked. I tried calling customer care and they say it is because of low balance. I tried to do a quick recharge/upi recharge but it fails. No one at customer service has any clue about it. It's been approximately a month and i am still locked out of my account....

My card ending with 1310 expired and my address changed. I send multiple times to update my address and rejected because of sign mismatch. Now unable to collect my credit card. Is there any way to get that card to my new address...
