Accident repairs delayed by Hyundai dealer

Hello, I have booked i20 Elite Sports(o) car on 24th November 2014. The dealer promised me to deliver to car in Jan 2015. We asked for the 2015 model during booking, he accepted for the same. But now when i asked the delivery date he is telling he will deliver the car in mid of feb 2015. Few days i got call from concerned person from showroom saying that the car will be available in showroom 12th jan onwards any time u can take delivery....
