Refund not received for cancelled ticket

I have cancelled my ticket for travel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad ( PNR JHTL5) in booking Id: AMD6IBGQ9 on 22nd Feb 15. Ripped off my money in the form of promotional go cash

Hi Team, I've previously booked a hotel booking using the cashback offer and was given promotional go cash of value 5011. Then later when I cancelled the booking I was just given a refund of the extra tax I had paid. The go cash I received as a refund still stays as a promotional gocash in my account and I am not able to use the complete go cash on my next booking. THIS IS ABSURD.
