I tried to fill my income tax refund through mytaxcafe on 30 jun 2015. When i tried to transfer rs 145/- to mytaxcafe through ibibo web pvt. Ltd. The amount rs 145/- deducted by ibibo web pvt. Ltd but payment was not successful. After informing to mytaxcafe company, they suggested me that amount was deducted by ibibo web pvt. Ltd and submit a complaint to complaint board for refund the amount to your account....

This is to log the complaint againt Goibibo. Its been happened 3 times where once i did the payment online and the money is deducted from the bank, Go-Ibibo confirms immediately that this ticket is not booked. They have a poor web support, Pricing management, Fund reversal process....
