GOIBIBO cheated me....not giving me my Go-cash of Rs. 810/-

I booked a air ticket from mumbai to raipur using goibibo site on 26/02/2015 whose trip ID is TUA8CZHHU. There was an offer of 15% Go Cash using CITI bank credit card and I was qualifying all their terms and conditions so I used CITI bank credit card for payment and hence I must get Go cash of 810/- and it was written that it will be credited to my account on or before 31-march-2015. Cheating in refund

See how Goibibo.com cheat customers. I got the confirmation for refund amount on 5th and again got another mail today, they changed the refund amount which they confirmed before cancellation and now saying that agent confirmed the amount mentioned in latest mail. Luckily I have the mail which I got on the day when the ticket got cancelled to prove my point. The worst customer service and big time cheater. Dont trust their site....
