Levy of penalty and interest

I am having credit card of icici bank having no.4315xxxxxxxx4002
Since last month (May 21) autod3bit option not worked .and bank levied penalty and interest charges in 2 months which arearound 1000 rs.I am a regular customer of bank since last 14 years and never defaulted any payment.I requests to pls help me to resove this issue...

MAB charge deduction from my salary account without any notice

Dear Sir,

This is chandan kumar jha, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
It is extremely disheartening...

Amazon stan debit of 199 rs

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23 june, 2021 Could you please assist me regarding this....

I have a Savings Bank Account with ICICI Suri Branch (IFSC: ICIC0000528) I had applied online for a Cheque Book on 05/05/2021 which is not delivered till to-day the 23rd June 2021. During enquiry about delivery status of my request, I am told it has been delivered to me on 05/06/2021 by "Meghraj Express" Courier Company, consignment no: AWB[protected]. ECS charges deducted without my permission

Bank has been deducting money on the name of ECS charges (which I am not aware of, why are being deducted) literally on a daily basis. As soon as I add money into my account, the balance gets zero and it says withdrawal due to ECS charges. I have not activated any such services to pay any of these charges. Kindly look into the matter and get my money refunded and ask the bank to stop this fraud please.

Lien amount

I did a Transaction of 1000rs to an Investment application named Shenshi, i got mymoney stuck in shenshi as it was fraud co. Then i received a call from Icici bank customer care regarding the transaction so i narrated the whole story as they told me they will raise a dispute and the dispute was raised i received my money back today but i am not able to withdraw as it shows Lien amount. Please help in this....

Settlement done but my account not blocked

Even after payment of my credit card settlement amount they did not blocked my account and keep continuing the acount as usual so that they can put the extra interest on my card....

Unethical transaction

AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

Requested for closure of my ICICI bank account as I cannot maintain minimum charges

Requested for closure of my ICICI account on 24 March 2021 as I do not use the account anymore and cannot maintain minimum charges.

I do not hold any check or card from ICICI bank.

But no action is taken. I cannot visit ICICI in-person to close the account in this pandemic situation....
