Extra charges deducted on SIP's

I have 3 different SIP's with ICICI Bank. 2 of Rs 3, 000/- each and 1 of Rs 2, 000/-. However when I chceked my bank statement carefully, ICICI Bank has been charging an extra amount of Rs 35/- on top of my SIP Amounts. I don't know what these charges are for. I have been trying to search online but couldnt find any explanation for the same...

Deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr

07 June 2021 My account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Nwe Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it....

Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on ECSRTNCHG01_020621_SR[protected] AND

Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

My account is any current account its my salary account.

ICICI is the most unprofessional bank in the world, the worst bank ever seen

Grievance Number: 2760490 in consumerHELPLINE.gov.in whereas they gave me the update that I already approached banking Ombudsman accordingly ICICI official reverted. If it is the case then why ICICI not mentioned the complaint number for which they have reverted ? This bank providing the false comments .

The worst thing about this bank that I have requested to initaite shift the auto debit for their but in reverse these people...

ECS Charges For Saving Account

With in last 10 day ECS Charges from my saving account got deducted two times. 8th June 472.60rs and 14th June 116rs. I'm not sure why these charges are getting deducted from my account. Kindly help me with this issue.

Unauthorised deduction of icici bank of rs 2000 for (dr. tran for funding)

Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 14/06/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
I have never subscribed to any policy. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities....

ICICI Bank unauthorised deduction of rs 2000 for dr. tran for funding

Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 31/07/2017 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
I have never subscribed to any policy. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities....

New install opened account is freezes after video kyc

My newly opened account was freezed after video kyc. I am not able to fund my account. The main intention of video kyc is that we don't want to visit the branch for account opening. But now it showing that I should visit my branch to activate the account. This is cruel...

ICICI Bank auto debited my account, without asking for any OTP (info: VSI*Financial T)

Today (13 June 2021) at 2:35 PM, I suddenly received a mail (photo attached) saying that INR 5, 188.32 was debited from my account. I did not receive any OTP for this transaction.

I request an enquiry into the matter and a refund of this amount....

ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account from 2015 and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary...

Amazon stan debit

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs169/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon ST. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. The amount was debited earlier on 13 may 2021 and again today i.e. 13 june 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment...

Refund initiated by Amazon but amount not received || Refund Reference no : 2021487014549946

The bank is not enabling my Debit Card online transaction.

Hi,

I lost my debit card, so blocked that and got the replacement. But with that I can only do netbanking and ATM withdrawal. But can't purchase anything online.

Called customer care over phone but getting only robotic voice that keeps saying that my card is activated but status has not changed. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Since there is no human to understand the issue, I am escalating it first...
