We travelled from Lucknow to Delhi from gorakdham express on 13th November. We booked 6 tickets on one pnr and only 2 were confirmed. While Mr. Anand Saxena and Mrs. Madhu Saxena were travelling they cancelled the other tickets. Since the other were senior citizens they didn't preferred to travel in uncertain conditions . Hence they travelled by bus. So when they didn't travelled we should get the refund of the amount. So I am lodging this...

I am using itctc id "srbhutra" since many years for booking tickets for my family.
suddenly they have blocked my ID and after 13 days they have replied stating that it is blocked for usage of some refill forms and enormous hitting on website.

I am not a software professional to use such forms and on an average I use site for booking once in 2 months. There is no way to reach them as phone no. is never reachable as either...

Relying on the catering service from irctc i waited till 10:00 pm for my dinner and found none asking for dinner in B8 coach.. later took from a outside vendor with no other option...

Just want to know whether irctc stopped catering service or just they neglected on this particular day..

this is to notify you that on 12/Nov/2016 I booked the ticket from KOTA to BBS. But due to waiting list my ticket was canceled on the journey day. As per rules and the message received at my end I have to get a refund amount of Rs 620. But sir, still my a/c didn't receive the refunded amount.

I was a passenger in the 12617 Mangala-LDweep XPress of 17/11/16; the train left exactly at the scheduled time from ERS; a very notable point is the dedication/sincerity of the TTE who was there in our S1 coach and he was very active until 21:00 hrs - it is really unfair not to highlight the efforts of such govt servants.

While travelling from mugalsarai to howrah we came to the mugalsarai comesum. I am sad to report that they had no options for food, no beverages (hot or cold) and no drinking water. I was quite appalled by the situation. The washrooms are terrible. With PMs swachh bharat campaign on full swing.. this is not expected in a govt run food outlet.

I hope you shall look into the matter.

Hi Support team, I have booked a ticket from 01658/PNBE HBJ SUP SPL on 02-Nov-2016 and Date of Journey was 02-Nov-2016 . For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.
