I ordered non veg meals, but I was given veg meals.since I opened the meal, didn't hesitate t o proceed.while the vendor came for collecting charges for food.I mentioned their mistake but he didn't accept that, demanded money for non veg meals.without any way I paid.I regret for this.I want to mention this as a defect in the service.

On 9/11/2016 myself Mantu Ujjainkar boarded train no.13026 ..pnr no. [protected] from bhopal on coach B3 62 and 64 with my mother Seuli Banerjee .a pantry boy from the station came to sell idli n other breakfast items ..we ordered 2 idli plates costing 100 rs...he said they are also accepting 500 and 1000 notes..he took my 1000 note and never returned back.i request u to take strict action against such employees in ur station and please refund...

I was booking IRCTC tatkal ticket from Nizamuddin Railway Station, New Delhi to Agra Cantt. Railway Station, Agra. While Payment I chose Payment by Paytm. I filled all the Details and clicked on payment. The money got transacted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked. I request to look into the problem and try to refund the money as soon as possible.

I've tried to book a tatkal ticket on 1st Nov but it was failed and the money was taken from my rupay debit card. According to IRCTC the money was refunded on 6th Nov but till now I haven't received the money and regarding this I've posted email inquiry several times and tried to talk to customer care but there is no response. It happens with rupay debit cards most of the time kindly fix the issue and refund my money back...

This is ravi Yadav travelling in 12402 magadh exp of 09 Nov 16 in coach B1-41. I have been served with a coffee by pantry car vendor at Rs 30 for one cup. The vendor was selling tea and coffee having flask with a sticker of comesum and various flavours of tea and coffee sachet. He was selling tea @ 15 and coffee @ 30. I had booked 6 train tickets to travel from Madurai to Chennai on 6th November 2016. And I paid Rs.1890 for my booked tickets. My PNR number is [protected].
All tickets got cancelled by IRCTC, because of non availability of seats. So, they gave refund amount Rs.1530 and remaining Rs.360 has taken by IRCTC.
Even without confirmed tickets charging this much amount is not at all fair. Here, I lost my time...

I was travelling from Chennai(MAS) to Bangalore-Krishnarajapuram(KJM) in Lalbagh express(train number 12607) on 28th October 2016. The train did not stop inline with the platform. I was in coach C1 which was at the end of the train, and when the train stopped at KJM, there was no platform in front of coach C1. Some passengers had to get off at the tracks. Pl. look in d matter & arrange refund immidiatly

Its for d first time that d amt. is not reversed in my a/c. other wise since last around 8 years i m operating irctc site & never had such experience...
