    Hi,

    This is Pallavi Dubey. I travelled from Mumbai to Lucknow on 7th of March 2012. Reaching Lucknow, I realised that my 15 kg check-in suitcase was missing. Since then I am following up with the Indigo team in Lucknow but till now they have not been able to trace the bag. Once we check-in the baggage , it becomes airline's responsibility to deliver in safely to us. Its my request to Indigo Airlines to look into this matter carefully or else the only option left with me is to move to court. That bag was containing mh y marksheets and valuable items because of which I am requesting you to please help me out.

      I am a frequent flier of indigo and i was very disappointed at this time at Mumbai airport on 21st Mumbai - Kolkatta flight at 9:40 am

      I was flying with my family(My wife, child(3 years old) and an infant(5 weeks old). I had 77 kgs of weight and no handbags since i can't carry handbags and manage the kids at the same time. The manager at the airport was inhumane and made me wait along with a crying infant for about 40 harrowing minutes saying that I need to pay for 17 kgs. His name is Mr. Lohit. I told him that I am allowed to carry 27X3=81 kgs and if he has any sensitivity about the situation that I have an infant and a child and can't carry handbags and still below the required weight he should let me go in. He was so rude and I have flown to different part of the world and never had such a harrowing time. I am a public servant and a human rights activist. I have approached my lawyer to file a case against the airline. On mental torture and inhumane treatment of an infant and lactating mother. I would wait for week for your response, reimbursement of stolen money and rectification of injustice done.

        Dear Sir/ Madam

        I booked Indigo ticket vide PNR No CBWNBE for travel as follows

        Mumbai- Delhi on 10th Feb (6E- 186 ) at 1740Hrs, and
        Delhi- Mumbai on 13th Feb (6E-183) at 640 hrs

        I however did not recieve the ticket on my mail (despite the autoreponder saying so). I normally book my travel tickets two months in advance (I currently have Indigo tickets upto April end) and take prints just before the travel.

        In the above mentioned case, since I did not recieve tickets on the mail (another similar case reported to Indigo PNR No UC59CE), I could not locate the ticket before the travel and was forced to book fresh tickets on the day of travel (10th Feb) as under


        SG-218 on 10th Feb at 1805 hrs (PNR No SY4WDC), and
        IT-353 on 13th Feb at 720 Hrs (PNR No JQJMSD)


        I travelled on the new tickets on the same dates as originally booked with Indigo incurring an extra expense of INR 11,000 due to fault in the Indigo server

        I seek your help in resolution of this complaint, since Indigo is not reply to my reminders

          I was supposed to take the Indigo flight from Calcutta to Delhi and then the connecting flight to New York, USA . As this was international travel I have a baggage allowance of more than 20 kgs ,this was mentioned to me by the Indigo call centre and told there would be no excess baggage if the flight is within 24hrz and is a connecting international flight. However in the Kolkata airport I was harrased for excess baggage, the ground staff was unsupportive and extremely rude . The airport manager of Indigo did not know the rules and did not want to follow logic ( by the name of Mr Deepak - Indigo employee ) . The ground staff handling the passager before boarding of the flight is extremely rude , insenstive and speak in an extremely colloquiel way. I was impressed with the performace of Indigo recently and had thought of recommending the same to my company colleagues, however this experience has left me upset .             Hi,

            I have been trying various numbers but am not been given a reply. I travelled with my family from dubai and reached mumbai on 30th January, 2011. The bag which was checked in is apparently broken and some valuables ( cash, perfumes, expensive clothes) are missing. I have no where to go now except going to the consumer court. please help. this is actually harrowing for us. At the airport, they have given us a damage report and nothing else. Is this the post sales service Indigo Airlines has to offer?

              Planned to visit Dibrugarh from Delhi by Indigo Airlines on 20.01.2012. Booked tickets for five passengers on 30 th August 2011 from Delhi to Dibrugarh via Kolkata ( PNR RH3SBW, Make My Trip Booking ID-NF[protected]. After getting Bording pass at Delhi Airport on 20.01.2012 the flight was cancelled. After long persuation Ingigo authority managed to fly from Delhi to Guwahati. From Guwahati to Dibrugarh arranged to go by bus. Air fare for five passengers from guwahati to Dibrugarh should be refunded.

                Departure: Hyderabad at 15.35 Arrival: Cochin at 17.05.Total fare -2 passengers is Rs.17,000.

                On the 18th Jan 12, my in laws(both senior citizens) had to travel to Cochin from Hyderabad due to death in the family(Father in law's mother). We booked flight tickets the moment we were aware of the demise around 1PM - 1:15 PM IST from make my trip website. The earliest flight was at 3:35 PM IST and had booked it to reach the destination ASAP. Unfortunately due to travel delays, my in law's could reach the checkin counter only by 3:15 PM, however the checkin time was over and they were not given the boarding passes.The aircraft was still at the Hyd airport, however the airport staff could not help board the flight or atleast guide an alternative even after they were aware of our purpose to travel.Finally they travelled by bus for the funeral ceremony.One of the Indigo personal at airport said since booking was done by MMTrip if they are ready for refund then we can get refund. When we spoke to MMTrip they said that if Indigo is ready to pay the cancellation charges to them they can refund.After prolonged conversation with Indigo personal over phone they said that after cancellation charges and no show charges we are entitled for Rs.1392. Attached the response from Indigo Customer relations. Sad that human sentiments are given zero value and they talk about being a model for the other airlines.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I had booked a ticket by INDIGO 6E-435 from bangalore to Indore on 16th January 2012. The flight was scheduled for departure at 6 20 am. I reached the airport at 4am and was in que for obtaining a boarding pass. At the counter they made me wait for more than 25 minutes to accommodate some other passengers for some other flight. These passengers collected their boarding passes without following the que.
                  I was given the boarding pass at 5 45 am. Then i had to come in que for completing the security check. Here they did not allow me to bypass the que even though i told them that my flight is scheduled for departure at 6 20 am. The display boards were not indicating the status of 6E-435 and there were no mike announcements too about the flight departure.
                  After completing my security check, when i reached the counter i was told that i had missed my flight and i was left in lurch. They collected my boarding pass and sent me out of the airport. I missed my journey and money was not refunded. Then I again purchased a ticket to indore by paying Rs 8220 by Jet airways and travelled to delhi by 9W 7008 and from delhi to indore by 9W 2018, reaching indore at 5pm.
                  My important meeting was cancelled and I lost Rs 8220
                  I suffered an irreparable injury and underwent lot of agony and all this happened because of indigo crew. Kindly answer me who will pay for my losses. The indigo people should explain. In anticipation of receiving the compensation, kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and waiting for your reply

                      I have book ticket in indigo airlines for flight no 6E302 dated 18 january 2012 for chennai to hyderabad.the flight timing were 3:55 departure and arrival by 4:55, we were not intemated for flight delay.we have chat with Mr.jagpreeti at airport for reason of delay.they told that flight is delay due to fog and we can't control over fog.if you want to fly then you can fly other wise can cancel the ticket.my whole family is in hyd for my brother marriage.and I am alone and lst to fly for hyd.now today is my brother marriage and I cant travel to hyd.I have asked appolize letter for not intemating for delay in flight.

                      They are not ready to give any further. Clarification and reapeting only one thing "we don't have control over weather" also telling that we should watch TC for information.

                      So I need appolize letter from carrier.

                        Today is my brother marriage reception and I am alone leaving last.so I missing my whole family and function.

                        So I want appolize letter from that company.

                            I travelled from Mumbai to Dubai on 12Jan 2012,flight no. 6E61.After reaching to airport I found my trolley bag broken.Handle was torn and totally damage.The bag was just purchased new from Dubai.I was kept big mirror inside,I was in a hurry and cannot complanit to your ground staff at Dubai airport.
                            When I reached to my home I found mirror also broken.Kindly give the value to passengers baggage so this should never be happen again.
                            Is there any refund for that?

                                Hi,

                                Regarding the PNR no CGGZLS, I canceled the ticket on 22nd Dec and i was told that within 7 working days the amount will be credited to my credit card.

                                After 10 days when i called customer care they told me that due to some back-end problem the transaction was not done and again it will take 7 working days.

                                When i asked to talk to the manager The customer care representative kept the call on hold for 15 min after that i had to disconnect the call.

                                Can someone tell me what was your team doing after 7 days passed and why the reprocessing was not done automatically, Why the process only starts after customer reminds you.

                                Horrible experience with the customer care of indigo, moreover there is no email on the website to register complaints, The customer care agents gave the wrong mail id 3 times.

                                I guess customer.[protected]@goindigo.in is the id

                                Can someone share the email id of the concerned department where i can log complaint.

                                  I had a booking for the 7.35 pm Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore on the 24th of Dec 2011. The PNR number is YLE6DX. I was to take the flight with my 22 month old daughter. At 6 pm on the day of the flight (less than two hrs from the time of departure), I got a call from Indigo notifying me that the flight had been rescheduled for 8 pm. Knowing that flight delays can have a chain effect resulting in more delays and given that I had to catch a train from Bangalore (PNR #[protected]), I figured I couldn’t make the connection with my infant. So I called up Indigo to cancel my booking. I was shocked to hear that cancellations can only be done 2 hrs in advance.

                                  While I understand that as a policy for flights that take off on time, it doesn’t make sense for flights that get rescheduled. The only reason I was cancelling the flight was because it got rescheduled. I got to know about the delay less than two hours from the time of departure so how could I have known about it two hours in advance to cancel the ticket that much in advance? This is another case of airlines taking customers for a ride. They can't penalize the customers when the fault is actually theirs. I request the authorities concerned to take action against Indigo and have them refund the booking amount.

                                    My wife (Dr Priya P Nayak) had booked a ticket on Indigo for Hyd to Blore on the 24th of Dec. The PNR number is YLE6DX. She was to take the flight with our 22 month old. The flight was scheduled for 7.35 pm. At about 6 pm (less than 2 hours from the time of departure), she got a call from Indigo mentioning that the flight had been delayed by half an hour. Knowing that flight delays can have a percolation effect and the fact that she had to catch a train from Blore with the infant, she realized she may not be able to make it to the station in time. So she called up Indigo to cancel the booking and was shocked to learn that the bookings can't be cancelled less than 2 hrs from the time of departure.

                                    The cancellation was solely because of the delay and that notification was received less than 2 hrs from the time of departure. So how could she have known this 2 hrs in advance to cancel the ticket. This looks like another case of airlines in India exploiting customers. Hoping for some stringent action against Indigo.

                                      i was travelling fromdelhi toimphalon15/12/2011....wit PNR-KL58EQ...,by INDIGO wheni rreach imphal having a suitecase na guiter as my lugage.i found dat my guiter which was btoken n useless....i spoke tothe conecrnd departrment ofindigo over there in imphalbut wasnotheard n they acted manner less..they informme i should ensure my luhahe by paaaaaaying 500 which was never mention at the repcrting time.they told me nothing wilhappen to any ofmy luhahe including the guiter over ther at Delhi counter...but mthe one lost so i enquire aaaabt it however instead of showing humility nn good hospitality they acted sorude n this is rediculouse.so i requust the the indigo flight authoority tolook intoit n replace my guiter wit new one .....thank you...!!1

                                        on 26 nov, my boarding wz from kolkata to ahmedabad by indigo. by mistake i carried a 500ml of baby oil(sealed new pack) in my cabin baggage. security didn't allow me 2 carry it & i didn't have sufficient time 2 send it in check-in baggage. the next day itself one of my relatives had his flight from kolkata, so i enquired if he could collect the product. they(security) took my boarding pass & entered the information and told that he could collect it any time by reporting it to AIRPORT MANAGER. when i landed to my destination, i made a call 2 indigo and narrated the whole story, they too gave me the same assurance what i got from kolkata airport.
                                        the next day when my relative enquired about the thing, the answer wz "we don't keep such records".
                                        if this is the matter, what is duty of the airport? there should b some alternative if such thing happens. if not why the assurance given?? i enquired about the product the next itself not so many days later.
                                        there were so much of harassment's in the airport. they didn't allow me for 42kg.(we were 2 passengers) and asked me 2 make some other baggage as cabin baggage 2 adjust the weight. this wz the reason that the bag that i interchanged with my cabin had that oil &i didn't notice.
                                        there were lot of injustice happening in front of my eyes 43.5kg. they allowed for another person. in security also it wz very liberal.i didn't have enough time to talk about this after all these tensions.
                                        i wished 2 talk directly 4 this but u have kept no number provision(may b so that u can escape if the complaint is not soooo interesting).
                                        when ever i think of this incident, i feel very bad. i would like 2 know what happened 2 my product and i[censored] don't keep such records, why my boarding pass wz taken??????

                                        YOUR EXPERIENCE IS REALLY HORIBLE. NOT ONLY IN THE CASE OF SECURITY, BUT ALSO DON'T BELIEVE THE TRAVEL AGENT'S ADD. IN THEIR ADD THEY WILL TELL BY ONE AND GET ONE FREE. ALL THIS ARE BOGUS.I AM A FREQUENT FLIGHT PASSANGER, AND TILL TODAY I HAVE NO EXP OF GETTING ANY FREE TKT.ALL THIS ADD ARE NOTHING BUT BOGUS.
