I have purchased online ticket from indigo Airline to travel to singapore.Booking number is ME7KBM. I have booked this ticket before confirmning the same from their customer care centre that spouce surname can be added in the ticket after booking of ticket.now they have denied to do so.

Hello all
I was utterly shocked when Indigo sent my travel schedules and confirmation for a travel that I never booked along with some more passengers. Strangely it also has my name on the passengers. Although the to email id reads something else I am in reciept of the PNR. Checked my credit card to ensure if there was money involved as well so for none... I will lodge a complaint with my credit card company as well.

To whosoever it may concern,
There are two cases which I would like to complaint about.
1. I had my Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Jaipur on the 8th of July scheduled at 8:55pm. I got a message that the the flight has been preponed to 8:30pm. This is with regard to our travel from Kolkata to Delhi on flight 6E-206 under booking ref. VFFJLR. My complaint rises towards the insolent and brash behavior of the airline crew at the boarding gate who first behaved in an unacceptable manner by raising their voices at us and inciting us in to a heated argument, and then inexplicably disallowed us from boarding the flight, offloading our luggage and without providing us absolutely any reason...

I recently traveled on Goindigo flight HDVJAW -69894 from Mumbai to Delhi.

This flight was scheduled to leave at 5:40pm and arrive in Delhi at 8pm approximately. Just on the runaway, plane halts and after 30 mins of wait time - the casual attitude pilot with lot of AAHS in his sentence, declared that the breaks have failed so we cannot take off.

I travelled from ahmedabad to hyderabad(PNR noAC39CN)on indigo flight 6E 371 on 12th June,2011.I reached hyderabad at around 8 15 PM.
When i collected my baggage from baggage claim section,to my surprise,it was in utter bad condition.The trolley bag's handle was missing and even the base was broken.I faced lots of difficulties in dragging the baggage throgh the airport.
Its really disgraceful on the part of Indigo airlines...

I was returning from Bangalore on the 30th of May with my sister. When weighing our baggage at the check in counter I had a doubt that the scale was already reading 12kgs before they put any of our bags but I did not stop them thinking they wouldn't do such a thing and also there was a crowd at the counter still when they loaded out baggage.
To our shock we were informed that we were 40kgs overweight, which was very unlikely...

Early this week , I bought a indigo airline ticket paid the full amount, including air fare + surcharge + taxes.,but during check in procedure they asked me buy the ticket again(airfare + surcharge +taxes) because of some software problem (typical execuse) :)

In summary I paid twice for a single journey. This is a strategy employed by small time airlines to cheat innocent people

I travelled from Delhi to Hyd by flight no. 6E307 on 23 May 2011 (8:35 PM to 10:30 PM).
I checked in 5 bags with sequence no. 0113, CCF5AX. One of my checked in bags did not show up in Hyderabad. That bag is a Black colour shoulder Lap top bag with Novartis written on it. Tag number on that bag is 6E[protected].

We went to Delhi-GOA on 1 May flight no 6E335, Indigo Airlines in a group of around 17 people. While taking boarding passes, my suitcase left aside at the counter of Indigo Airlines which i came to know after reaching GOA. I immediately informed GOA Indigo Airlines staff(Neelima/Fridiya) on this incident and they called DELHI Indigo staff (Roma) to check and confirm.

I was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata on 1st may 2011, by flight no- 6E275. I handed over my red colour trolley bag,to the attendant of the INDIGO and collected the boarding pass. My boarding pass sequence no- 52
As i landed in kolkata , i didnt recieve my bag ,then i realised that i dont have the bag details stocker on the boarding pass even.
