Hi sir,

I booked a flight ticket on 25th april 2011 PNR No. FC8NAW.It was booked at around 6.30 in the morning and the flight was scheduled to depart at 9.20 am the same day.due to unavoidable circumstances The passenger managed to reach the airport at 9.00 am and she was not given the boarding pass saying that she should have been there 45 mins before the departure time to board the flight.

I travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore on 1 April 2011, flight 6E-412, Indigo Airlines. When I colleceted my baggage at Bangalore, my bag was damaged. This is regarding complaint against Indigo way of treating customers.
Incident happened on 17th Dec. flight no 6E134 ( Pune - Delhi) Morning 5:45 departure.

I reached Pune Airport at 5.20 A.M(that was a lil late)
There was no one to entertain at Indigo Airport Counter, staff co-operated by suggesting me to travel another day by some other flight for which they said...I will have to pay new charges...
