non refund of money after cancellation

Hi sir,

I booked a flight ticket on 25th april 2011 PNR No. FC8NAW.It was booked at around 6.30 in the morning and the flight was scheduled to depart at 9.20 am the same day.due to unavoidable circumstances The passenger managed to reach the airport at 9.00 am and she was not given the boarding pass saying that she should have been there 45 mins before the departure time to board the flight.

Baggage Damage

I travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore on 1 April 2011, flight 6E-412, Indigo Airlines. When I colleceted my baggage at Bangalore, my bag was damaged. The zip had been broken and all the contents of one of the bag pockets were missing. Bills worth over Rs. 5000, election card, headphones, some money, etc. all gone. Disallowance of Boarding Pass

Missed Flight

This is regarding complaint against Indigo way of treating customers.
Incident happened on 17th Dec. flight no 6E134 ( Pune - Delhi) Morning 5:45 departure.

I reached Pune Airport at 5.20 A.M(that was a lil late)
