Early this week , I bought a indigo airline ticket paid the full amount, including air fare + surcharge + taxes.,but during check in procedure they asked me buy the ticket again(airfare + surcharge +taxes) because of some software problem (typical execuse) :)

In summary I paid twice for a single journey. This is a strategy employed by small time airlines to cheat innocent people

    Dear sir

    this is to bring to ur notice that how poor ur service has become if
    the 7 year old child is travelling all alone in ur plane.

    On 4rth june 2011, my daughter travelled from delhi to kolkatta via
    flight no. 203, and my mother came to delhi airport to drop her, on my
    surprise when she returned she told me that she was charged Rs1000/-
    extra and was told that one of the crew member will always be there
    to take care of the child. I thought "NO PROBLEM"

    But the child when reached kolkatta she was not even ask glass of
    water by anyone and accopaniing of any crew member was far of the
    story. Even my child was hungry instead someone should ask her for the
    food she asked for the cake of her own. Is this the standard o[censored]r
    airlines????????????????? Why i was charged extra when already i am
    buying a ticket o[censored]r airlines and i think its ur duty to give
    efficient service when u see the 7 year old child is travelling or 70
    year old man is travelling??????!!!!!!!

    Now my query is on wat basis i was charged Rs1000/- and i[censored]r company
    cannot deliver proper service then why the promises are made to the
    customer. This is how u made fool to people to earn Rs 1000/- and then
    give poor and service.

    I am really surprised that the company can go to that extent just to
    earn Rs 1000/- and create such a shameful reputation for themselves.

      I travelled from Delhi to Hyd by flight no. 6E307 on 23 May 2011 (8:35 PM to 10:30 PM).
      I checked in 5 bags with sequence no. 0113, CCF5AX. One of my checked in bags did not show up in Hyderabad. That bag is a Black colour shoulder Lap top bag with Novartis written on it. Tag number on that bag is 6E[protected].
      I asked the indigo guys available at the Hyderabad airport for the missing bag. They tried searching for it for almost 1 hour. Then they gave me property irregularity report (missing) and told me that they will inform me regarding the bag next morning.
      Next morning I called and talked to David who was the next incharge on duty. I explained him everything about the bag and also told him about the valuable goods inside as well as my international bills. Then I made call in afternoon and was informed that Indigo guys are searching for it. In evening I talked to George (next in charge), and again was informed that the bag has not been found yet.
      From that date onwards I am calling to different people in Indigo but they have not yet retrieved my bag.

        27th May 2011, I, Sanjit Kumar Pradhan was returning back to Bangalore from Bhubaneswar by Indigo airlines along with my mother, wife and son. My PNR was KD33DN, My wife was 34 weeks pregnant I am carrying also the doctor's fitness certificate from Dr Veena Acharaya , Lakshmi ,maternity Bangalore. I came from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar by Kingfisher 2 week before to attend a puja at my home.

        The Indigo airlines allowed me checkin and also produced the boarding pass and suddenly asked me the fitness certificate. I produced the certificate but after that they did not allow me to travel. My wife is quite fit to travel but the Indigo airlines did not allow. They told me that, they will refund me completely the money. I am not sure whether they will refund or not. It was a real harassment and disappointment at the airport. The executive at Indigo Airline was Soumya, She was just ignoring our repeated requests.

        I don't know why travel rule is different in different airlines, King fisher allows till end of 36 months. There should be a single travel policy , should be abided by all the airlines. Our total ticket cost was around Rs 22,000. If some body can help me to take my complaint to a further level please contact me @ [protected]@yahoo.com.

        I was quite disappointment will never travel in Indigo airlines in my life and also advise others to be away from this airlines.

        LOL .. I believe you wife is over fit is she could hold her pregnancy till 36 months :O, check the comments first before posting and yes if the pregnancy is above 32 weeks she can't travel by air even if the doctor permits, this is for her safety only, airline doesn't have any interest in denying your boarding ... so change your way of thinking and try to abide by the rules .. you should have read the terms & conditions before making a reservation, in short all is your fault, airline is not to blame for this ...

          We went to Delhi-GOA on 1 May flight no 6E335, Indigo Airlines in a group of around 17 people. While taking boarding passes, my suitcase left aside at the counter of Indigo Airlines which i came to know after reaching GOA. I immediately informed GOA Indigo Airlines staff(Neelima/Fridiya) on this incident and they called DELHI Indigo staff (Roma) to check and confirm.

          After their talks they confirmed that my Red stroller suitcase is in DELHI itself with CISF and i have to write an application to DELHI CISF and have to give brief about my suitcase. Same was done from my side.
          Than i start following up with GOA Indigo staff and they keep telling me that my suitcase can be delivered next day but no results. Finally i tell them by email that now no need to send my suitcase in GOA as i am leaving back to delhi and there i collect the same. GOA Indigo staff confirmed me that it is OK on phone but unfortunately no email from their side inspite of insisting the same.

          On 4th May i reached back to Delhi and contacted Indigo customer service. Now new story started. Delhi staff says that they have sent my suitcase to GOA with next connecting flight on 1 May itself. Again i heard talking GOA and DELHI Indigo staff that my suitcase is in Delhi itself. Now Delhi Indigo staff contacted CISF and they confirmed that there was no suitcase with the same description. Now its already 5th May and i am still following up with Delhi Indigo staff but no positive response, neither any email or complaint no from them. Even phone no [protected] which they have provided is either not reachable or no response.

          Pathetic.. And we were listening in Indigo Flight that they have received some awards . We dont know how they are getting these kinds of rewards.

          I am not going to use Indigo Airlines again in any case if this kind of response we are getting from them.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I Traveled from Delhi to Kochi as per below Details. I found that one of the check in baggage was missing when I landed in Kochi

          Flight No. : 6E-317 DT. 24-12-12
          PNR : HW3YCH
          MISSING LUGGAGE NUMBER: 6E[protected]
          Baggage description : Samsonite, Grey, Hard Shell, Cabin Stroley size.

          On arrival at Kochi my bag was not found. The ground staff filed a PIR (Copy attached)

          Ground staff at kochi Mr. Bineesh- [protected], Mr Sunil- [protected]. They have been unable to trace the luggage so far

          It has been 24 hours since i handed the luggage in Delhi and still it is not traceble.

          Kindly look into the matter and respond immediately.

          I'm going through the same agony presently. Luggage not being delivered at the destination promised, they try to twist the truth saying it was not picked up at the due place. I am even asked to write a letter to customs office mentioning I did so, in order to have their version in writing.
          All this cunningly behind the facade of their pretty ladies who have to endure our vented anger.
          I was returning to Mumbai from Bangalore on June 29, 2013, by IndiGo Airlines 6E 426. On arrival at Mumbai at 7.10pm, my checked in baggage did not show up. I made a complaint at the IndiGo Baggage Counter at the Mumbai Airport. They promised to follow-up and keep me informed. I haven't heard from them since although it is more than 2 days since my baggage has gone missing.

They haven't notified me anything about the bag so far although it is more than 2 days since the bag has gone missing.

            I was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata on 1st may 2011, by flight no- 6E275. I handed over my red colour trolley bag,to the attendant of the INDIGO and collected the boarding pass. My boarding pass sequence no- 52
            As i landed in kolkata , i didnt recieve my bag ,then i realised that i dont have the bag details stocker on the boarding pass even.

            I requested the bagalore and kolkata indigo office to trace my bag, but didnt get any help from them.

            REQUEST FOR JUSTICE, AS I HANDED OVER THE BAG TO THEM..........

            IndiGo Airways — refund of ticket no. RGKIEM not received

            I have booked tickets under No.RGKIEM dt. 8.8.2011 for my journey from Guwahati to Chennai on 12.10.2011 and return journey on 29.11.2011 from Chennai to Guwahati. It was cancelled on 21.09.2011. The tickets were booked through credit card. But the refund is not yet received till 25.11.2011. Indigo airlines has to do it sir.

              Hi sir,

              I booked a flight ticket on 25th april 2011 PNR No. FC8NAW.It was booked at around 6.30 in the morning and the flight was scheduled to depart at 9.20 am the same day.due to unavoidable circumstances The passenger managed to reach the airport at 9.00 am and she was not given the boarding pass saying that she should have been there 45 mins before the departure time to board the flight.

              hence i called them up to cancel my flight ticket. Their response was "sorry sir we cannot cancel the flight ticket,u should have called us before 2 hrs of the flight departing time."..

              I want to know are their policies jus framed to loot the customers coz m loosing all my money without using the service..Is this fair??
              I request you to please look into this and take necessary steps.I will be really gratefull..

                Dear Sir, With due regards, I am extremely sorry to mention that I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai by Flight No.6E 216 on 28Mar'11 alongwith my family but after reaching Mambai when I collected my baggages from the belt conveyer, I was shocked to seemy the condition of my bag. It was absolutely mishandled resulting in breakage of rolling wheels and the built- in- lock. I immediately contacted your crew members but they did not pay any heed to complaint.                   I travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore on 1 April 2011, flight 6E-412, Indigo Airlines. When I colleceted my baggage at Bangalore, my bag was damaged. The zip had been broken and all the contents of one of the bag pockets were missing. Bills worth over Rs. 5000, election card, headphones, some money, etc. all gone. When I complained to the Indigo Management, the tell me that my loss of luggage needs to weigh over 2kgs and only then they will help me otherwise they cannot do anything. They even went to the extent of telling me that if I was so concerned about my bills, I can go ask the shops to give me photocopies of them! My luggage weighed exactly 5kgs when checking in and 3.5 kgs when checking out. They made me wait for over 3 hours at the airport and still did not do anything. More than the loss of luggage, I am appalled at the obnoxious and rude behaviour of the staff. Their incompetencies and harsh behaviour were completely unnecessary and some action needs to be taken against them.

                    Re: Complained regarding IndiGo Airlines, Vadodara Customer service.

                    Dear Customer Service Manager,

                    I would like to bring to your notice that on, March 20, 2011 I BOOKED a TICKET FROM Vadodara to New Delhi. the booking reference number: X9LFBT.

                    I would like to address the concerned authority about the subject matter. I had a round booking of Indigo flights from Vadodara to New Delhi. The situation occurred during the boarding. I reached the counter at 09:12 hours, due to security check out side the airport and it's definitely beyond my control. The concerned persons at the counter made further delay with some unrelated arguments.

                    The members at the counter along with officer in charge:

                    Mr. Rakesh Salvi,
                    Ms, Janvi Desai and
                    Mr. Chintan Buch

                    were very rude, and not bothered to listen my request, there were 3 individual passengers, whom they refused to issue boarding pass, ware all reached at time. The staff members of Indigo Airlines behaved without any humanity and refused to help customers. The flight has not departed by that time, and the mentioned flight timings are 10:00am but the authorities ware mentioned that the flight had taken off at 09:30am.

                    How the flight could take off 30 minuets earlier by its mentioned time, by leaving 3 passengers? By asking this the Indigo members Janvi Desai mentioned - ‘its choice of our airline to take off when we wish’ All my time, money and energy had got wasted by requesting, It was a preplanned program, that I had to attained a Art Camp at Delhi by representing Gujarat Art and Artists.

                    The staff of your Indigo airlines had behaved ignorantly by putting me in to immense mental stress. I even asked them to provide feedback form, which was not kept there. I asked for complaint register to write my complied, which was also not there. They mentioned they don’t have such things. What kind of customer service is this which Indigo is provided? Finally they also refused to refund the money which I had spent. Staff of Indigo Airlines and the Asst Manager on duty refused to assist and help us in any way.

                    I asked them to give all 3 passengers a note, mentioning they cannot issue boarding pass. Finally they written as we reached at 09:20am which is a insult. and also written that the flight had takeoff at 09:30 and singed and stamped.

                    I would like you to take action and acknowledge my request as soon as possible, dear sir, madam, if I don’t get any response for my request, I will forward this issue to concerned authorities of media bulletins, press, radio and television. I hope you take my request positively.

                      I would like to address the concerned authority about the subject matter. I had a round booking of Indigo flights from mumbai to kolkata. The situation occurred during my return journey. The members at boarding pass counter along with officer in charge(Mr. Pretam) didn't allow me to board the flight. I was late to the counter due to security check out side the airport and it's definitely beyond my control. The concerned persons at the counter made further delay with some unrelated argument. Over and above they allowed another person to get in along with cargo luggage, But in case of mine they showed me the reason of impossibility of carrying the cargo. The delay happened due to some concerned reason of airport authority even after reaching there on time.

                      I need proper justice as the delay was caused due the authority's own concern and eventually passed on to me. I had to pay the fare difference for the next flight along with a re-accommodation charge of INR 1500. I would appreciate an immediate action on the inconvenience caused.

                        I have booked two tickets (Bangalore to Delhi) for 19th of march 2011 on 13th of March due to some errands running I decided to shift my destination to Jaipur and for that I called customer care of this Airline (GoIndiGo) thinking that if they could help. There customer care executive told me that they have seat availability in other flight which is bangalore to jaipur with Rs1700 additional amount i have to pay for two tickets, I coudnt agreed more to this offer , next question asked to me was if i want to goahed with this offer he had to cancel the current ticket and new tickets will be booked which is bangalore to jaipur with Rs1700/- extra for this i nodded and asked him to do the same (I nodded for new ticket with jaipur as destination offered to me and just not for cancelation of current tickets), after keeping me onhold for almost 10 minutes that executive stated with no ticket he can offer and cancellation is confirmed. it means that executive has canceled my confirmed tickets without even confirming that new tickets for me ..and adding to my agony he has deducted Rs1500/- as cancellation fees.....i asked him now what should i do he told me now you have to pay Rs12000/- to book two tickets again for the same day ...now this getting upto my nose cause this is outrageous and unacceptable as and customer they should not do this untill and unless they have tickets in buffer they should not cancel a confirm ticket and come back saying that ..tickets were available earlier and now not , thn i asked him why'd he canceled my tickets if he was not sure ..they have no answer above of that they told me that they have canceled the tickets cause i asked them to without mentioning that they were booking other tickets for me that is why i asked them to cancel not just like that..

                          I AM SORRY TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT ON MARCH 2, 2011 I BOOKED THREE TICKETS FROM CHENNAI TO TRIVANDRUM. THE PNR NUMBER F91QBM.



                          IT WAS A PREPLANNED PROGRAM THAT I ALREADY BOOKED THE UP AND DOWN TICKET THROUGH YATRA ON FEB 9 2011 AS I HAVE TO TAKE MY MOM FOR A MEDICAL CHECKUP TO TRIVANDRUM.



                          I REACHED THE COUNTER AT 4:15 PM, AFTER GETTING MY BAG HECKED HAVE TO CATCH THE FLIGHT FOR 4:40 BUT WAS NOT GIVEN THE BOARDING PASS. WITH AN 1-YEAR-OLD BABY AND SICK MOM I WAS PUT UP IN SEVERE MESS AND YOUR AIRLINE REFUSED TO ISSUE ME THE BOARDING PASS.





                          THE STAFF WERE RUDE AND NEVER BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO US. BEHAVED WITHOUT ANY HUMANITY AND REFUSED TO DO ANY OTHER ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS OR TO LET ME STILL THE FLIGHT HAS NOT DEPARTED BY THAT TIME.



                          NOW IAM IN SEVERE MENTAL AGONY AS MY MOMS HEALTH HAS DETERIORATED AND ALL OF MY MONEY, TIME, ENERGY IS WASTED. THE STAFF O[censored]R AIRLINES HAVE BEHAVED IN AN INHUMANE WAY..YOUR ACT HAS PUT ME INTO IMMENSE MENTAL STRESS AND AGONY AND HAD DONE 100% INJUSTICE TO ME.



                          I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR AIRLINES FOR THE INHUMANE WAY U BEHAVED, LACK OF SERVICE AND EVEN REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY...NO WAY UR AIRLINE HAS BEHAVED.

                            Dear Sir,

                            1. I would like to intimate you that i got my flight ticket booked by my junior for flight 6E 222 from Guwahati To Delhi for 01 Mar 11 on 27 January 2011under Armed Forces discount for a sum of Rs 2,329. However, the ticket in normal condition it was costing to Rs 2,600 on the day of my booking. My booking reference was Q8JCCV.

                            2. At the time of booking by my junior had checked each and every details thoroughly him twice so that there should be no problem during the day of my boarding.

                            3. On 01 Mar 2011, on the day of my boarding i was told that the id No is not matching and hence i cannot travel on the same ticket and the option was given to buy a new ticket by Miss Pami who was at that time on the boarding pass counter.

                            4. I requested the lady to guide me as what is the legitimate and she told me to go to ticket counter if they can do amendment in that or not. I went to the ticket counter and had requested the lady sitting on the counter to cancel my ticket and refund the money as i would like to take another flight. However, she bluntly refused to cancel the ticket and said that the amount will be forfeited if i do not travel by the same flight and hence i bought the ticket of Rs 8,028 for a minor mistake.

                            5. Here, i would like to insist upon the benefits being accrued by the company from the customer as the ticket was costing Rs 8,028/- and hence, they were not allowing with small mistake for which i have shown so many cards incl driving license, pan card, canteen smart card for which they took no interest at all.

                            6. I would also like to mention here that the name of the lady was Nisa and Pampi who was sitting on ticket counter and the boarding pass counter. Both the girls were not at all interested in resolving the problem. I told both the girls to get it checked from higher authorities which they said that they are enough to take the decision.
                            Perforce, I was only having the option to buy the ticket which i was not at all willing to do so.

                            7. I have got two submissions for the above problem :-

                            (a) In case the photo id was mismatching in that case either the amount should been refunded or ticket should have been booked on the same cost which was in normal booking on 27 jan 11 otherwise the purpose of booking the ticket two months in advance is defeated.

                            (b) At one place you are not allowing me to travel with the ticket which i was in possession and at the other hand your staff at their own will issuing a fresh ticket after deducting the amount which i have already paid to you two months in advance during the purchase of defence discount ticket. If they had felt that i am incorrect person then why they had adjusted the amount during the purchasing of new ticket. Hence, I strongly feel that you must have a policy to avoid such human errors for such occurrences.

                            5. Keeping in view of the above i would like to request you to either refund the excess money Rs 5699/- paid by me for small mistake and take appropriate action against your staff. This will facilitate me to take under journey by your flight and will also improve the quality of travelling by your flight.

                              I had booked a Delhi-Guwahati return ticket on 20 January 2011 through MakeMyTrip.com. I left Delhi on 22nd January on Indigo 6E-127 and was scheduled to return on 27th January on 6E-128 (PNR W88RAV). For my return journey, the departure time from Guwahati listed on my ticket was 13.05 and so I reached the airport at 12.00. However, the flight information board at the Guwahati airport showed the current flight departure time for 6E-128 as 13.30. Therefore, I decided to spend some time with my family who came to see me off. At 12.35 my family members left and I went in and presented my ticket at the Indigo counter at 12.40. However, to my surprise, the Indigo staff informed me that the flight will leave at 13.05 as scheduled and so I can't board the flight. When I pointed out that the flight update board still shows the time of departure as 13.30, they said that I should have checked with the Indigo counter and not depended on the board because the flight update boards at the Guwahati airport are all faulty. Despite repeated requests and pointing out that it's not my fault if flight information boards are giving incorrect information, the Indigo representative did not let me board the flight. I had no option but to buy another ticket from Spicjet for Rs 5,400 and return to Delhi.

                                As I have booked flight from Chennai-Delhi through E-Ticket as on 12 January 2011 at 06:18 PM in Name of Dinesh Pandey, Sudha Pandey, Vinay Pandey, Gautam Pandey and on 23 January in the name of Girija Pandey through Indigo Flight 6E-285, Ticket No. Z89IAT-1 booked through Yatra Reference No: [protected].

                                As the above bookings are for Indigo Flight 6E-285 Chennai – Delhi, On[protected] we reached at airport around 08:45 AM but due to traffic jam at entrance of Airport where entry and exit is at single point, the car could not reach 15-20 minutes due to Police/VIP Visit, At last we try to get down with my Mother (Mrs. Girija Pandey) and Children we try to escort upto inside at check in point where I requested your booking office to provide a wheelchair for my mother to escort her upto inside at check in point. The person sitting at your office assured to provide and contacted other collegue / manager, I had informed him about my bookings for Delhi, He was asking here and there for wheelchair for 15 minutes and in end he was not able to provide one. Feeling helpless me and my children escorted my mother to the check in area with bare hands, where I produced my tickets for boarding passes, but your employee asked for luggage to be checked for X-rays and told me to come after that along with luggage. As short time I request Security Officer at X-ray for check my baggage first but 12 minutes are gone for all this. Again I came at your booking office for collecting my boarding passes along with my luggage as told by your employee but still he was not able to do so and asking other two female colleagues to free there desktops as he was unable to check my details on his own system they were stuck up for another 10 minutes in doing all this.

                                As he came back to enter the ticket of mine it was already 3 minutes late to enter, he was still unsuccessful for issuing me my passes and told me that it is late to board on flight, I requested to see the possibility because boarding announcements are still going on for the same flight, and asked the counter to inform the seniors for the matter going on as we have 70 years old to board on the flight as the announcements are still going on. But he replied that “we do not have any phone facility and numbers of senior here, and senior are not available for one hour” I asked him any office or any body is there to hear our problems, he directly refused saying that his seniors are not turned up for duty, other passengers shown me the office where Miss Ghoshiya sitting, I narrated all story and ask her inform about 5 passengers for ticket and boarding, she was not ready to listen anything, she was arguing that you are late now 10 minutes for check in, we could not do anything. I still shouted/ cried that its still 35 minutes left for Flight Departure, but she bluntly refused and said it is rules, we cant do anything. I convinced her to enquire front excutive for Indigo Airlines to whome we asked for wheel chair 7 at what time, he told her 9:20-9:25 AM. But still she did not help or listen anything else. Forward to this all the passengers gathered there to convince her but she again bluntly refused.

                                At last I asked her about her seniors and contact them to do something in our matter, after 20 minutes he came with 3 other executives having cup of Tea/Coffee in his , saying what is your problem? If you have not check in 45 Minutes earlier, we have no words to say anything, you go and buy other Ticket, we requested him to arrange in other flight of Indigo or issue any other Indigo flights ticket at other time, but he refuses to do so and told us to go outside and buy other flights ticket and comeback. He is chit chatting with other colleague and not ready listen from us anything.

                                At last I bursted my feeling regarding misbehaviors of Indigo Staff at Airport.

                                I travel a lot in Indigo Airlines these days but first time in my life I have ashamed of misbehavior, courtless, arrogant Indigo staff at Chennai Airport, where passenger reached Airport 1:30 Hrs before flight departure and could not board flight due to:

                                1. Indigo – not having any wheel chair facility for Old Men / Women.
                                2. No Staff available for wheel chair.
                                3. Front Office Executive accepted reporting time 9:20 AM and also requested for wheel chair infront of Asst. Manager Mr. Arun.
                                4. Indigo Check in Executives is trainee, not able to upload in time, they are not know how to operate systems of booking tickets etc.
                                5. Misbehavior with passengers by Indigo Staff i.e. Miss. Goshiya and Mr. Arun, their attitude is very shameful for Whole Indigo Staff.
                                6. No Availability of andy Senior Officers of Indigo at Airport for 1 Hr. and more.
                                7. Refusal of Adjustment of present tickets in next available flights.
                                8. I wasted Rs.
                                9. Insult in front of my Family, I staid helpless for almost 2 Hours Drama, and mental torture and shameful harassment by indigo Staff.
                                10. Non refund / Cancellation of flight tickets where 100% fault is of Indigo Staff.
                                11. Whole matter is in knowledge of Chennai Airport Staff.

                                In last Specially for Indigo Airlines and Indigo Staff that after all this I reached to Jet Airways Executive where most helpfulness, kindness shown with in 5 minutes in which my tickets for next flight of Jet Airways booked, a wheelchair provided for my Mother (Mrs. Girija Pandey, 70 yrs.) to escort her to Boarding Gate and into the flight without asking any help from them.

                                They have done all these things by seeing passenger condition, but Indigo nothing to do with passenger, but only money matter to them.

                                Indian Airlines — traveller agency's misbehaviour

                                HI,

                                Here I want to make a complain against one indian airlines travell agent(Mr.Ashraf). Travell is located in fujairah(UAE).When I went to take ticket from that travells he was saying that I must take ticket, he was not ready to give details of rate or flight availability etc. He was asking that if I ready to take ticket then he would give me fair details ( I must show the cash which I had). His behavior was completely bad. When I asked for concerned person to speak regarding this, we was not giving any other contact number to speak to. He was telling that he is the boss if anything to talk, call thier number[protected].

                                one mug — Misbehaviour of cash staff

                                On 5 april 2010 I visited Big Bazaar Kota and purchased one plastic mug alongwith other articles. I brought these items to cash counter. Gentleman on the counter refused to enlist the mug in cash memo besause it does not have any price tag. I asked him to find out from price list already up loaded in their machine. Very roughly and reudly he said to me that he dont have much time to find out, go and bring the another mug which should bear price tag. I insisted that it is his duty to find out the price not the customers but he misbehaved with me and suggested me to bring another mug. It was defficult me to go upstairs and bring another one. I started with some high pitch vioce than another gentleman came and solved the problem. I had a very bad expirence with the big baazar staff.
                                I totaly agree with the complaint, but surprised that no one from Indigo Customer Care Read this complaint till now.

                                Even I faced a same kind of problem at chennai airport. I had booked a flight from Chennai to Bbsr via hyd. I was 45 min before Scheduled time but still I wasn't allowed to board. I lost around Rs 25k that day booking another connecting flights. Like Abhishek even i enquired for the senior official and on that one person showed down as shift manager. He just said no as its too late (still 35 min was there to board) and started chatting with the girls in counter. I wrote this to nodal and appellate but I received a reply from customer care executive. Its been six months but still I have not even received an acknowledgment from nodal and appellate.

                                If there is no one to hear, then what kind of service provider are they and how a license has been issued to such irresponsible people.

                                I dont whether to blame the company who has recruited this officials or the staffs who doesn't even have the basic courtesy to treat the people good.

                                I prefer Air India and Spice these days rather than opting Indigo

                                  I had received an e-mail from INDIGO saying that VIP program i would get a 100% discount on flight tickets if booked within 25th January and if i travel by 15th April.

                                  I clicked on the link and tried booking...Initially, on the booking page it showed me Rs 2500 as ticket fare and i added some additional options...

                                  Even on the last page before making the payment it said that "You are availing the 100% Very Important Passenger" discount. However it showed here a price of Rs 5932....... I assume here that this is the ticket price and the discount still applies. I believe that i would get some money back or the discount still in some way. At no stage of the booking process did it say that the quota or number of seats under the program is over. I was led to believe till the last page that i was receiving a discount.

                                  Sadly i see i have been charged the full ticket fare upon booking and while calling up your call center i am told that there is limited number of options available for the program and that the quota is filled up...so the normal charges apply. The call centre executive says that i can cancel if i want (and Rs 750 would apply as cancellation charges)....however in the offer it says these tickets cannot be cancelled.

                                  I think this way of operating is a FRAUD; and this is very simillar to shops which attract footfalls by saying that there is upto 50% discount on products (but here they say selected products; and upto)...and you still go to the shop and see clearly whether the discount applies or not.

                                  Here, on an online reservation...there is no such thing...

                                  PVR cinemas have an offer for ICICI platinum card holders where they give one ticket free on purchase of a ticket...but when the quota is over it states very specifically that the promotion cannot be used.

                                  I have been travelling on Indigo for quite some time and did not expect this fraudulent behaviour from Indigo.

                                    I was having a valid air ticket by Indigo airlines from Kolkata to Pune. The schedule departure time was 18.15 hours. I reported to counter for my boarding pass at 17.35 hrs. Five minutes late was because of screening bags etc. My boarding pass was denied and not allowed to board the flight.

                                    I was going for an emergency matter to attend my seriously ailing cousin at Pune. After all request in vain, I was offered a ticket on the next day at 11 hrs on 4.1.2011 at the extra cost of Rs6699.00.

                                    This type of attitude was not expected from an airlines. I am a valid customer but now I have vowed that I shall never go with indigo airlines.
