During my marriage we have purchased several jewellery from kalyan. Every jewellery we purchased was of good weight, no light weighted jewellery. And most of the jewellery was worn for hardly 1 or 2 times but got defect one or the other place. We went to the store as they provide free service for lifetime. Instead of getting it repaired sales person forces us to purchase a new one. No free replacement offered. Who will pay the VA we paid...

I want to complain regarding Jewellery purchased from Candere. There has been a case of fraud. I have paid the money for 0.6 carat solitaire and the certificate given to me is of 0.3 carat. Never expected such fraudulent service from esteemed company....

This complaint in regarding to the Mangalore Branch. The Branch staff have refused to accept the Kalyan Gold Jewellery E-Voucher which I have received from the SBI Credit Card Team.

I have asked for the same to redeem against the purchase of gold coins and they have mentioned I can purchase only Jewellers against the E-Voucher. As per my knowledge, the will apply for coins well. But this should apply for...

Thus is ti tell that Marketing Manager of Kalyan Jwellers had misbehaved with me very badly I just want to know I am thinking about investing in the
organization and they misbehaved like this I felt shame that Mr Bacchan is endorsing the organization and they are so irresponsible destroying the fame of a patriotic Gentle man and if I shoot this in social media and virtual world then ut should not be justified...

I go to purchase jewel with scheme the amount of 22000 with bonus 2000. I Chose the jewel with in 15 min but the sales person give the bill more than one hour. i asked y u delayed and he is responding you are on scheme so normally they get delayed. i am really shocking but when i see the branch all sales people working like turtles. Otherwise he/she speaking respectively but if ask negotiable they sales people get delayed response more than...

I purchased a pendent online from Candere, order # 965940 dt 16.09.2021, successful payment completed in full at the time of order through electronically. expected delivery date was 5.10.2021 but still not delivered. every time contacted them they excused for anther 2-3 days, even today they told me the same thing, asked to share the logistics details, not given. i am regretting on my decision and strongly feel kind of fraud is circulating....

This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an order for a GOLD RING on 01/09/2021 at Kalyan Jewllers India Limited, Bhopal vide Bill No. BPLGQOAG496 dated 01/09/2021 and had made a payment of Rs. 14000/- as advance. Today on 18th sep 2021, I was paying my monthly installment through Google pay. The money has been withdrawn from my account. GPay customer service says, the money has been withdrawn and filed the complainant to merchant. Payment amount is 3000/-.
I just want my money back to pay my installment again....

I am writing this mail to find your attention towards a serious issue that i am facing because of kalyan jewellers
I actually bought a scheme on 18april 2021 for 6 months from kalyans mohali, in which i had to pay rs5000 each month and i would be getting 37.5% interest on my amount making my final amount to be around 37000rs at the time of maturity of my scheme i.e. 18 oct 2021

I am facing some band during wearing of these bangels as these are light weight approx 20 grms.
Your executive told me that we will not face any type of problem during using our problem and he add some plastic support in that bangels.
