Fraudulent promise

1 year back I gave 10000 in advance to kalyan jewellers, tirunelveli, tamilnadu... They said this is diwali offer for you.. you can purchase gold when ever you need ... But they didn't mention about due date... I also not noticed... Now I gave that offer receipt... They said due date is passed. Now I need my money... Or old gold price Jewell. If they told about due date... I will not wait or let my money to your company... I ask you.. what...

I paid installment of scheme but no receipt received amt deducted from my account.

I paid 2 installment of a scheme out of which i received receipt of only one payment. The payment which i made of rs 5000 is not showing. I made payment through google pay and amt is deducted from my account but it's not even showing in payment column. I called the kalyan store where they gave me this scheme. During payment they asked me to pay for 18.5% and told told me that I was supposed to pay amount of today's rate for the 18.5%

I have purchased gold and I feel something is suspecious during payment.

I have payed the amount before taking the ornament when the gold rate is 4600

Initially they told me that they are charging 18.5% again they reduced it to 16.5%

During payment they asked me to pay for 18.5% and told told me that I was supposed to pay amonunt of today's rate for the 18.5%

insurance premium collected but insurance not offered

19-sep-20: we were charged inr 3471 as insurance as part of total payment of inr 390, 000. But no insurance component appeared in the bill and no insurance document was provided. Mistake was acknowledged and we didn't get a credit note, just a sorry. First time buyer at kalyan and terrible experience....

I have bought Rani haar from Kalyan jewellers Pune Magarpatta branch on 19/6/2016.haar net weight mentioned is 43.860 and beads weight mentioned is 0.270

In this Corona crisis, I need money, so I went to reputed jewellers to sell my haar .After taking out beads and melting I have got 42.072

high rate of gold is charged i. e rate charge of 24 carat instead of 22 carat gold

Dear kalyan jeweller team,
I purchase 22 carat gold bangles on 27 july 2020, when the rate of 24 carat gold was approx 51820/- so it may be possible that 22 carat gold will be approximately 48k or 49k but the south ex (Delhi) outlet charge rs 50800/- for 22 carat gold.
My bill number is stegpsc00658 dt 27/07/2020 in the name of rajiv kumar.

misbehavior/unethical behaviour from the sales rep

Hike charges for Silver rate

I have purchased silver bracelet on 15/05/2020 from Kalayan Jewellers...if we check online the silver rate lies between 45 to 47 per gram but they charged 55 rate. I asked why it was charged hike they said about market tax..i dont know where this tax comes from....

11 months chit scheme

I have enrolled for the one scheme for 11 emis of rs 25000/- per month at kalyan jewellers with 65% bonus scheme and completed the scheme during the year 2018 during that period the gold per gram of rs average rs 2850, and when i gone to store to purchase the gold they have charged rs 3852/-. Really i have shocked and i have lost 20 grams of gold and we have very hard earned money instead of getting benefit from the chit we have lost of one...
