EXCESSIVE CHARGING IN CREDIT CARD without consent

Hi,

In my credit card i am charged unnecessarily a fine of 500Rs plus GST for exceeding usage. without any information..

1. Charged 1% charge for Rent payment without any information

2. because of this unknown charge the usage exceeded by 200Rs for which also No intimation given (USUALLY ALL transactions and deductions to come in SMS) but this one didnt come.
For this additional 200rs...

Useless charges of my debit card loan by bank

Hi Ma'am/Sir,

The bank has imposed extra charges on my loan account, which is understandable up to a certain extent. However, they neither called me nor messaged me about it. Instead, they directly started troubling my father by giving him calls. I understand that I am the primary person to deal with such matters, but why didn't they call me first? Later, they did call me and we agreed on a deal to pay 650 out of the 1500...

Rem chrgs AMB Non maintenance charges

My account charging like TBMS But I was open zero balance account 811

I am too victim of this fraud, I was open zero balance account 811, In which I don't have to maintain any balance but from months of February I am being charged randomly.

This is informing you that in my account charging like TBMS. and i am given details also, pls resolve and credit amount which you have debit.

I am very unhappy in this bank other wise we have to rise consumer court for this issues.

BEWARE! Kotak's Pay Day Loan is a company scam.

If your salary pay day is on the last day of the month, the repayment is auto-scheduled for 5 days before your pay day. THIS AFFECTS YOUR CIBIL SCORE.

If you take this loan on March 20th, repayment will be on March 26th before your pay day, and not on March 31st.

Insurance policy 9550845

Hi

I had bought Kotak Life Insurance Policy 9550845 in 2016. I have been paying Rs 50, 000 premium p.a (on a monthly basis). After having paid close to Rs 3.25 lakhs, the fund value has only reached Rs 467, 000.

Given that it is the market linked plan and markets have grown so much in last 6-7 years, the returns shown are not commensurate with how the markets have grown.

Kindly look into the matter....

Credit card Annual charges

I have created a salary account with kotak mahindra bank without knowing to me they have issues credit card and that is also not reached to me.

Now they issued credit card statement with Annual charges of 588 and asking me to pay. Where as i dont even have a credit card with them.
