I have applied for new gas connection vide application No.009006 20/03/20.

It is surprising to note that, still today BP number is not generated. I have paid Rs.500/-online & the amount debited from my bank account. I called them several time but not single call answered. So I mailed them but unfortunately there mail box was also full. On 14/07/2020 Company mailed me that, your application is under process & our team will contact you shortly. incorrect deduction of mahanagar gas bill bp 1100746062

I have paid mgl bill no.[protected] on 07/07/20 & rs. 947.00 have been deducted from my bob account under transaction description[protected]/l2133_mgl/techprocess. Here it should be noted that the bill amount is not 947.00 whereas it is 1065.00
The mgl says that they have not received any amount for said bp no. Then what happened to rs. 947.00 deducted from my account?. What is the status of that?
Please do needful to refund...

The current bill is charged without verifying the correct metre reading (115).
This is uncalled for because of the following:
1. The gas is not under consumption since[protected]. We are away from home for a very long period. We are still out of navi mumbai.

overcharging

I had complaint as i was getting very high bill several times. First i did meter check in the month of october where it was informed my meter is fine. Than too i used to get high bill. Later again i complained and asked to do complete check where issue was found and rectified. (With no recommendation from your end)

very high billing

We have been using mahanagar gas after shifting to new home. Initially we were getting low bills but after 2 3 months, we are getting bill of more than 1000 every month. I visited the office but they would not take the complaint. Typical babu attitude by these lazy people. Every month i get bill for more than 1000 even though we are out of station. Meter reading is not done properly....

When local plot owners asked them to stop their work being improper process, they promised immediate bcc after lines shall be laid down & testing is completed. complaint about sudden increase in the bill amount (almost 300% increase)

My average bill of every month from the time i have taken mahanagar gas connection is between rs.1600 - rs. 2000
But my my oct, 2019 bill is rs.8000 which is not at all expectable. There can't be any logical explanation for this much increase.
I have connected with all there touch points but no one seems to give any solution or even a bifurcation for this bill and even threatening to pay this or else they will cut the connection...

meter reading fast issue unresolved

purposely delay in providing connection
