I ordered wet n wild mega glow highlighter and recieved a fully broken product. All the highlighter came out. Ordered with much excitement but very sad with delivery. Definitely people think twice to order next time. Did not expect such kind of delivery from well known website myntra. They should have a return policy for atleast damaged products. Very disappointed. Please look into the issue. Myntra is loosing a customer as amazon or nykaa...

Last time rs 149 was charged on shipment free product for which i have not received my money back.

This is the second time and it brings great disappointment to complain about myntra.com. I have not received the refund of the product worth
Rs 340. This is such a misfortune that i am facing this from my favourite shopping platform.

If i do not get the refund this time, i am sure that myntra.com will never...

So i’ve bought it from myntra app on 31 march around i’ve been using this product for a while and it was superb experience but now on it occurs some problems in that neckband its not working properly and in right earpiece its beeping and irritating sound, and then afterwards its not connecting and not even charging. My neck band is under warranty so i request you to help me out of this!!!

I want to replace if it’s possible...

This is Komal.

On 12/8/19 I placed order at Myntra Order Number[protected]-7315403 and till 18/8/19 order status showed out for delivery but today when i checked order status it showed returned to origin.
Without even approaching delivery boy returned the order back. I didn't even get a single call from delivery boy from Myntra.
This is very disgusting.

Kindly look into this matter and get...

I had placed an order for 2 sweatshirts for gifting it to someone. The order was delivered on time. There are Myntra Insider points attached with all the purchases, which i claimed for the above mentioned products too. Now i need to exchange the size to XL as it didnt fit my friend. Just because of claiming those 100 odd points, Myntra is refusing to exchange the product. The Customer care is also of no help and the escalation supervisor...

I ordered a calvin klein shirt on 3 rd august it was delivered on 8 th august.. Bt due to size issues i want a larger size in exchange on 8 th august bt it was supposed to be delivered on 15 th august.. Bt still i have not received it... The shirt is little pricey.. I want to get it delivered by the earliest.
Its a unisex crocs.
I don't know why it is taking such a long time to get it delivered.

Hello,

I placed a exchange request for my shirt with order id:[protected]-9644501 which was to be delivered by 05-aug-2019. The order is out for delivery but there is no update after that. I tried to contact myntra multiple times but everytime they asked me to wait for 48 hours. I’m not getting any proper response on this request and it is still pending after 10 days. Today also they asked me to wait another 24 hours...

I had ordered 4 kurtas from Myntra's online shop(website).One was delivered to wrong address and the other one in untrackable. I had raised 2 INC cases. After multiple calls to Myntra - I have received the package that was previously delivered to wrong address.

Myntra has cancelled the item(RIKIDOOS Boys navy blue solid tailored Fit single-Breasted Blzer with size 3-4) that i have booked on 21st July'19 and i am keep on tracking the order and it is showing as shipped from past 15 days and today i.e. on 14th Aug'19 I have been told that the item has lost in the shipments and could not be delivered. I have already paid for this order and they guys told be that by 22nd Aug'19 my amt would be credited....
