Return Request put on hold as it failed the quality check.

I ordered loreal shampoo and i got the defected product. The cap of the bottle was damaged and the shampoo was leaking. So, i placed a return request and now i am getting the message on app as my return is been put on hold as quality check was failed. Seriously?? Why would i damaged the product. I have paid for the product and it's my right to get the proper exact product which i ordered not hte damange product and then putting the blame...

Not yet received the refund of my self shipped order

Address: Q. No 125/2/5 , near dispensary, near mobile world, Chhota govindpur

I have self shipped my yellow Chime jewellery set to the Myntra return logistics, Bangalore on 15th February, 2022. The product reached their warehouse on 25th Feb. But they are not returning my refund. Everytime I call the customer care service they ask me to wait for 24/48 hours. It's been a month waiting. I am really very disappointed by Myntra. They are not returning my money purposely. I want my money back as soon as possible....

Not getting refund amount

I received a wrong(old & used) product for which I had raised a complaint almost 15 days back. Also asked to change my pick up address. Even after 50 times i called to their CC & speaking to their CC agents/supervisor/manager escalation manager multiple times still neither my pick up address has been changed nor they are picking up that wrong product. Even after receiving the pick up approval their courier team has rejecting the pick up frequently....

Request to deliver the package till 10th march

Hi sir,
I have placed an order of allen Cooper jeans with order id #1198442 [protected] which is being shown to deliver on Or after 13th march. Due to some urgent work, I have to leave the delivery address on 11th march. Kindly deliver my package till 10th march. I would be very grateful for this.

Wrong product delivered with no return or replacement

Hi

This incident took place on 07th March 2022,

I had ordered Woodland shoes (ProPlanet Men Khaki Solid Nubuck Leather Mid-Top Derbys) and was delivered the wrong product (Men Khaki Solid Nubuck Mid-Top Sneakers).

After asking for a return or replacement Myntra customer support said I was delivered with the correct product.

Even the delivery person said he has seen many similar...

Return request for damaged product and approval rejected

I ordered a blackberrys blue fomal shirt Order ID # 1196134 [protected] on Feb 14th 2022. I received a damaged product(2 holes near pocket). Product quality received is not good, and myntra not accepting the return

Myntra product return rejected

I ordered a product on Myntra and received on 18 Feb 2022. I found the product fit not good enough so created a return request . It was returned on and received by a Ekart executive . He didn't gave me any return receipt as mentioned in the Myntra email . Later myntra send message about return rejected as product mismatch.
