Cloth Product

I have two issues
First one is i ordered a dress from myntra. But i get some duplicates product without tag or any thing so I tried to return may time but the pickup person didn’t came once so I complained at myntra helpcenter but every time I complained they tack it and after two days its showed me that resolved with out doing any thing. The that duplicate product is also with me and didn’t get refunded I tried to complain 5-6...

Not received my refund

I have not received my refund as myntra as already initiated refund but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account nd I already connected with my bank and they are saying pls contact myntra we can’t help u regarding this so pls initiate my amount ASAP...

Money debited but not updated in Myntra app

I have paid 2975/- through Mobiwik wallet but In Myntra app it is not showing that my payment is completed.
It's showing to pay amount while taking order. Even customer care is not responding...

I am complaining about

I ordered Roadster Blue Regular Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Stretchable Jeans on 3rd October 2021 for Rs. 568/-. Order id is #1187756 [protected]. But because of improper fitting I returned it and claim for refund. But till date I didn't got the refund in my account. Wrong product delivery by myntra

Order ID # 1194116 [protected]
In this order id I have order Puma show size 9 but they provide me size 10.
They are making customer fool. In the box its mentioned size as 9 but when I opened box and checked inside it size is 10.

Its totally fraud....

My Product return pickup issue

As I had placed an order with Order ID 119117019697656448503. I had received the original product with all brand tags and labels, As due to size fit issue tried for returning the product with all brand tags, unused and unwashed condition. But at return submission place it is showing as address not serviceable for pickup purpose. When product delivery is serviceable but return pickup is not possible. My Product had been rejected for return purpose

As I had placed an order with Order ID 119072937315087230101. I had received the original product with all brand tags and labels, As due to size fit issue tried for exchange but it was not possible as address is not eligible for exchange purposes, So I returned the original product with unused and unwashed condition. But after some days order status showed that the product failed on 15th Dec 2021 at quality checks so returned was rejected...

I received same product 6 times wrong.
I have raised return request but they are not approving. Daily pickup person came and said did not get approval and when I call to customer care they said they are working on that from last 20days they are not able to solve my problem.

They charges Convenience charges without customer knowledge and account debited. Post the debit of account they inform the surplus was these charges.
Now they refuse to refund the same....

Refund not received even after 1 month.

I cancelled the order and Myntra haven't provided the refund even after 1 month.

They have given a false reference number and asking me again and again to call my bank support team. It is your responsibility to refund me my money.

Kindly refund my money....

Opened Boat headphones package delivered

For an order of boat headphones, the box inside the myntra package was already opened and torn off. Now, why is it already opened if the item itself is stated as not returnable. When I tried to contact customer service, they said they are sorry the item cannot be returned.
I would like to know what they do with the products before shipping it to the customers....

Wrong product Delivered and no refund received

I have ordered cargo pants from Myntra with 6 pockets and received the same with 4 pockets, basically wrong product has been delivered to me

I have returned the product 2 times after they have reissued me and i have lodged complaint with product proof attached, that i have received product with 4 pockets.

They are not refunding my money amounting 959....
