With due respect i would like to state that I bought this jacket online from myntra for Rs 1389 size medium, the cost price of this product was 4399/- but a massive discount was given on it. Myntra was supposed to deliver me 8 products in one packet, all products are prepaid.

But I have received only 3 products, and for all 8 products they have marked as delivered in their APP.

After delivery I checked the product and talk to the delivery boy that I have not received my all products 5 are missing, he told me that whatever he had with him he has delivered it.

On 30 November 2021, Myntra Delivery agent brought opened package thus, had tampered with our product. When we refused to accept, he snatched the package, ran away yelling verbal abuses. I ordered one pair of heels of London Steps from Myntra on 18 dec 2021, when I received it the size was small for me so I placed exchange request for another size. The request was approved and the exchange was expected to be delivered by 30 Dec 2021. Today I got message that exchange is cancelled due to internal reasons. WTH. How can you cancel the exchange without any valid reason. And the product was allowed to be returned or exchanged...

I bought 3-tshirt & 1 tracks from Myntra and all had size issues, so I requested for 2 return and 2 exchange. Next day, a guy came to pick up & all 4 products were handed over to him.
But the message confirmation says only 2 return item received. When I called the delivery person & asked, he said he had sent alI 4 products to Myntra.
Now I am unable to receive my exchanged product because they are asking for the old product...

I paid the money to Myntra for two products as per cash on delivery as it had the invoice of two products!! After the payment when I opened my parcel, there was only one product inside the other was missing!! I immediately raised an enquiry on their help centre!! I have not received my Libas kurta, but myntra is showing DELIVERED status since 21st dec. I have reached out their customer care centre via text and phone calls many
times since then but everything in vain. They are saying that they are looking into this matter but when the time comes for them to answer they are delaying it for more 48hrs. It has happened 3t imes now! Utter level of irresponsibility seen from such e commerce platform....
