I have ordered some products from long time. I didn't receive them on time. I ordered the product during the time when there was offer. And now the delivery of products has been cancelled without any consent. I am very disappointed with such action. Looking forward to provide me same products at same price on which i have ordered....

We have placed an order for a headphone on 26th of Dec 2021 still we r not receiving yet it has reached to courier point in Aizawl, Mizoram but they are refused to deliver we've got 3 times message from Myntra they are going to deliver on that day..but the delivery people will just give a single miss call and hang up before we pick up the call..then once we call back they never received a call.. this is very disappointed .. we love Myntra...

This is with reference to the refund of Roadster jeans and Ether Jeans from the order ID#1189394 [protected] dated 24th November, 2021, the amount of both these products is same ₹799 and ₹799 respectively.
Till today, I have received the refund amount of ₹799 for only one of these products i.e. Ether jeans as clarified by the myntra team (which got reflected in my account on 29th November, 2021) but not for Roadster jeans...

Sir, I had ordered a ladies jacket from myntra which was red in colour. But myntra sent a pink color to me. So then I exchanged it and ordered a ladies night suit. But when the delivery boy came, he told me that the ladies jacket you are exchanging has a color change. I told him that I am exchanging it only because I had ordered its color red. But I have been given pink. Then he checked the bar code of that jacket. Which was absolutely right....

Unable to return a product because of 2 day return policy. Product was supposed to be delivered on 31st dec and other on 1st jan. I made return on 2 nd jan as I was out of town for a week. Product got delivered around 27 dec and they are now not accepting return as it got delivered 4 days early so return closed...

I have ordered one loafers but due to size mismatch I have requested for replacement with proper size and by today courier man came at my house and after checking of previous delivered item and refused to replace with reason that the Company Price Tag was not found on previous delivered item.

I received previous delivered item without price tag I have also explain this to delivery man and he also spoken with his supervisor...

I had ordered Inc. 5 footwear for me on 2nd week of Dec 2021 and a sweatshirt+boxers for my brother 10th December. It was already long time and I haven’t got any update on it but when I opened the app to check the status it was already cancelled with reasons stating: cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I am sure that’s not the case because I was getting my other orders delivered. My question is on integrity and reliability of Myntra....

Had order Men Black Solid Reversible Puffer Jacket of size L. that didn't have price tag attached to that jacket but one "TAX INVOICE " was inside the parcel
I needed a larger size and hence raised an return request due to size issues on the same day of the delivery.

Myntra rejected return request and said that without a price tag they can't pick up the jacket. What will i do now?Please solve this issue as soon as possible.br...

Your representative open this complain and told him to please mention that i have received the damaged and refurbished product.
