Toll collection in Nice Road NH4 Bangalore - Tumkur

Desite the rule for toll free until 24th Nov. We were forced to pay toll at NICE Road entering Tumkur from Bangalore NH4 entry 8 on Nov. 23 around 8 AM
The staff were rude and threatening and they said this is a private road not a government one. They forcibly collected Rs120 from us. I request you to enquire on this and take necessary action asap.

I'm complaining about toll being charged by cab operators such as OLA & UBER

OLA and UBER are continiously charging Tolls from customers even when Govt. of India has exempted toll upto 21/Nov/2016. On complaining, they are saying we will refund only your toll and no action is being taken by them. Even the toll collected is not refunded till yet.
I mailed UBER regarding it and tried to talk to OLA customer care also but they were completely ignorant.

Collection of toll tax at sasaram toll plaza

Toll on the days of toll ban

Central government has stopped tolls till the 18th of november. However i was forced to pay toll at a toll booth in bangalore on the way to mysore. He told the road is private, and talked in a rubbish way. I had to pay a toll of 53 rupees at the time of crisis, when we are trying to adapt with the problems created with the currency ban for the betterment of our nation....

Rude staff behaviour at Vikravandi Toll Plaza

On 06.11.2016 Sunday I travelled from Chennai to Neyveli. At around 7.00 pm, I reached Vikravandi Toll Plaza. There was a huge crowd of vehicles as two counters were shut and used for vehicles coming in the opposite direction. It took nearly 20 minutes to cross this plaza.

Mismanagement at Shahjahanpur toll plaza

Dear Sir, This is to bring into your notice that the plaza does have automatic boom barriers in working state for fast-tag users. There is no way someone will know that the vehicle has to stop at the counter and someone will come after 10 minutes to scan the card using a machine and then they will allow you to leave. NH4 between Haveri to Hubli

The NH4 stretch between Haveri towards Hubli, the road has shriken down and has take the w shape on both the lanes; Its quiet difficult to drive on this stretch as the vehicle tends to slip and change of loosing control is quiet high, this also results in cars wheel allignment and balancing issues. Long queue for tol

The toll plaza on NH4, Mumbai- Bangalore, situated at Taswad had an extremely long waiting queue. As per the rules if toll takes more than a certain time vehicles should be left freely without toll.
