Money is debited but order is not placed

Today i was making a payment for requil sunscreen, through net banking a/m of rs484 is debited from my a/c but order is not placed, i didnt get any order confirmation mail or msg from nykaa and the product is still in my cart.
Pls help me out with this

Received counterfeit product|| Perfume bottle is not original

Hi there.

I had purchased a perfume names Versace Eros Edt 200 ml, cost is around 8000/-. I usually shop from nykaa sometimes as they claim that they sell 100% authentic products. But the perfume that I had received is not genuine because the company itself claims that on Eau de toilette versions of the perfume, it is no where mentioned on the bottle but on the bottle that I received, it's printed on the front of the bottle...

Money debited, order not placed & no refund initiated

I made an order from nykaa for the amount of rs 1247, the payment of which was deducted from my account (as per my bank statement). The payment was made from my gpay account which showed that the purchase was confrmed by nykaa, even though ther was no order confirmed from nykaa.

Later, on the same date, i made another order for cod, thinking that the payment debited would be refunded in 2-3 days, which was delivered to me for...

Duo highlighter , insight tconcealer

Address: ajmeri gate ,DDA flats house no.T-6, near new delhi metro station near punjab national bank

I received wring product, I had ordered for the highlighter, but it came as a compact powder.please change this, soon ..
The concealer from Inside was ordered and its applicator came out completely broken. Change this as soon as possible....

Refund and returned related issue

The most pathetic service ever!!!I had to create return request for more than 3 times and Everytime when delivery guy picked up the product scan got failed, and he kept product and I got no refund and I again I had to create a return and wait to get approved and same happened..still no return and no refund..I m unable to get my money back .nykaa people are pathetic...

Return Request not Fulfilled

I submitted a return request for this product within the stipulated return window. Since return tab was not working on the page, I contacted customer care to put in the return request. However, when no one came to pick the return I contacted them again and they refused a request was ever made. They are refusing to even share the chat history or provide an escalation matrix.

I placed a order through nyka on 16th October 2021 Product is (Thinkpot Planning My Week Weekly A4 Planner Pad) They were telling it was delivered on 25th October 2021 but I haven't received any thing and I raised queries and complainta through nykaa support on 25th October 2021 Till no response from their side, I kindly request you to resolve this issue.
