Took ola auto ride on Oct 02nd in chennai.We given payment by cash .But still it is showing pending in ola app for that particular ride.Due to this issue I am not be able to book the other rides....

I took ola auto on 5th October. As digital payment was not working I paid the driver fare in cash but it still showing payment pending......

Took ola ride on sep 29 in coimbatore..We made a payment through cash ..But still the ola app is showing due pending.Due to this issues I am not able to book the other rides...

I paid the auto driver personally through Google pay as Google pay through ola was not working properly...now in app it shows message as payment is pending...

I have paid to Rs 922 by cash to driver for the ride CRN [protected]. But after 2days when i checked ola it was showing the same amount was pending. I forced to pay the same amount to book another ride. I need refund of the same....

I have already paid the money of my last ride to the driver but it's showing payment pending and I have to pay it again to continue the service...

I took ola auto on 11th October. On reaching the destination I gave cash but the driver didn't had change. He wanted to keep 8 rs change but I offered to pay though UPI. He started screaming 'I don't have time' and rudely started shouting to me and my mother. My mother went to take change from near by shop and meantime he kept shouting at me. Total amount was 122 but we gave 230 as there was no change. While shouting he asked to first UPI...

I have taken ola ride on 10 Oct by auto...since digital payment did not happened so given cash of 126 Rs fare to auto deliver. But still its showing pending in my account. Pls. Resolve this issue asap....

I have selected ola money while booking but paid in cash Rs 137 to the driver at the end of the ride on September 30 but it is showing in pending dues....

I paid the ₹121 to the driver in cash as he said he didn't have google pay. But the app still shows that the money is pending, please pay it. I can't book another ride till I pay that amount. But why should I pay again if I have already paid the driver. Please look into this issue as soon as possible. I'm not able to book any further rides....

Today Oct 9th 12.07 pm .I booked ola auto and paid in rs.76 cash to driver since he said he didn't have gpay and asked me to pay in cash. But in app still showing as pending money. Resolve issue asap. I'm not able to book any other ride.

I had booked a ola auto from my home powai to chembure, paid driver cash rs 180, but still it's showing that the money is due ......

I made a ride in OLA AUTO on 28th September. I have option enabled to pay online. But Auto person requested cash on hand. So I paid him the cash on end of the trip. I am still getting the 190 rupees balance. I am not able to book any other rides from that day. Please close this. I am very displeased, there is no option to complain in mobile app. I had to search lot to register a complain. Please close it soon.

I have paid the ola drivers using phonepe and yet it is still showing that I have due amount and I can't book a ride without paying it.what is this awkward app ola has made like they get the money and still we are not able to book a ride.what a wasteful app and plus I have read they are going to take interest on the due charge after certain period...wowww...they are getting all the cream they can get from customers...customer has paid them...

Even after paying rupees 263 in cash to driver. Still my app is showing my payment for 263 is due...

Last ride I was charged with 69 Rs. I paid the amount by cash. Now it's showing that the payment due is 69 and I can't book another ride without paying it. Please resolve the issue....
