Outstanding dues

I have booked ola auto for my uncle on 25 th october 2021.He has paid cash after ride completion. But ola is still showing payment is due. How can this issue can be solved.

Payment pending msg by ola

I travel from raipur railway station to priyadarshini nagar I had paid driver cash but ola send me msg to payment pending msgs.trip start on 8.35 and complete at 8.49 by bike driver name is prakash banjare I paid him 80 rs cash in place of 61 because he told me before the ride that I have to paid 80 rs I agree with that .now the matter why ola send me msg for payment...

Payment pending in OLA

I have always paid through cash for every ride in OLA. But recently it's showing payment pending in the app even though I always pay via cash for the rides. Also the payment pending increases for each and evry ride i take. Please look into the issue and solve it ASAP....

I was charged without taking ride. CRN number - for CRN [protected]. i call customer care daily. already provided details, still havent received my refund....

Status showing pending payment even though I have paid in cash

I took ola auto on 29th October 2021 at 09:01 pm. After completion of ride I paid the driver cash, however in the app it is showing that payment is still pending which is why I am not able to use the app and not able to book another ride. Please do the needful.

ISSUE NOT RESOLVED AFTER 14 DAYS | RE: charged more amount than shown while booking cab

Ride date : 24 oct 2021
I booked cab from wakad to karve nagar at 1:10 pm. While booking cab it shown me fare price is 255 after applying coupon code. But app deducted 570 amount after end of ride.

At 2:33 pm i booked cab from karve nagar to wakad. That time also it shown 255 amount while booking and same is deducted i. E. 255 amount.

I paid in cash to driver but still it shows pending in ola app

On 7th november 2021, i went for a ola auto ride. In the end of the trip, i paid by cash but in the ola app it still shows the payment is pending and i can't able to book any rides. it asking me to pay again.

please solve this issue.

Outstanding payment not clearing

On 29 Oct 2021 at 09:36 AM- I had booked an auto (driver: Nikunja Bihari Jena) from Prasanti Vihari, Patia, bhubaneswar to SBI Bapuji Nagar. CRN [protected] .Rs.144/_ was paid in cash to the driver. Later OLA CUSTOMER CARE has called me to confirm this mode of payment. Now when I do fresh OLA booking, Rs144/_ is being shown as balance. So please verify the receipt of cash payment from the driver and clear the outstanding amount in my OLA ID....

I'm complaining about dues, which I have already paid

I had booked for ola auto on Oct 2nd 2021 and paid money through Gpay as requested by driver, it was showing 131/- before getting down from auto, as auto driver told me to pay before because of traffic, later it showed me 121/- and I'm getting due messages/calls/emails regarding same.
I'm not able to book further rides because of the same issue.
Hope the issue will be solved at the earliest.

Cash paid to the auto driver

Address:Hyderabad

I S Vijaya Lakshmi have taken a ride to Happy Homes appartments located at Golnaka, Hyderabad at 7.30 AM on[protected], Auto CRN No.[protected] auto driver name LAXMAN.C and on demand I had to pay cash of Rs.170/- to him.

However an amount of Rs.180 is still showing pending payment.

please resolve this issue

Payment Made - But still saying Payment Due

Payment of Rs 162.00 was made in Cash to the driver. But Ola App is still showing "Payment Pending". How in the world will driver leaves without he getting paid Either through Cash or Digital....

On 3rd November around 12.45 am, I had booked ola. For this ride, I paid money through Cash to the driver account. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver and ola customer care several times but they didn't pick up my call. Pls do the needful....

Due even if I had paid the money

This is happening twice last time I made the payment via gapy of auto driver it was showing me pending 161 rps and due to some emergency I payed double and booked my yesterdays ola and again yesterday It is showing me due even I had made the payload to ola driver via gpay
It's enough now
How ola is not able to see the payment and always showing due

Payment done but showing pending due

I have already paid rs. 436 by cash to the driver for the trip I took on 29th September 2021. By mistake I have chosen Ola money. But I have paid in cash to the driver. Kindly clear the same in the app. I couldn't book any trips. Please do the needful....

I have been chasing customer service for Olamoney and Olacabs for weeks now but none has bothered to redress my grievance.

About 2.5 weeks back I received an SMS asking me to clear a OLA postpaid bill of Rs. 585 by November.
