I booked an Ola Auto on 2th Oct 2021.
The cost of the ride was Rs.238. I paid the driver Rs.238 in cash.
But in the Ola App, it's still showing Payment Pending of Rs. 238.
kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible....
On 4 th Oct 2020 I booked a ride and paid cash but in app its showing payment pending. And now i am not able to access the app until this payment get updated...

I booked an Ola Auto on 14th Oct 2021. The cost of the ride was Rs.114, since I didn't have any change, I paid the driver Rs.120. But in the Ola App, it's still showing Payment Pending of Rs. 114.
I took Ola auto on 11 October 2021 and paid 309 rupee through google pay to driver but ola app still says that payment is pending kindly resolve asap, attaching proof of payment below...
I took ola on 10 October and gave amount of 114 in cash to driver then and there but still it is showing payment pending. Please resolve this as soon as possible ....

Hi, I booked a cab on 13th Oct with ola mini with CRN [protected]. At the end of the ride the app showed that I can't pay with Gpay, so I paid in cash. But the app still shows that the payment is pending....

I paid Rs.121 cash to the driver as he was not having google pay. But Ola app is still showing that the amount is pending. I'm not able to book any other rides because of that. Please look into this!...
